All Creatures Great and Small Veterinary Clinic reviews
17I felt like I was in the right place for the block caption Doctor Pepper for what he was going through. He was in good hands.
Fair prices, vets seem to look at big picture rather than putting a band aid on the obvious. Would definitely recommend.
All the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. The doctors actually take time to get to know you and your pets with what time they have with you. I and my sister both take our dogs here and recently my sister had to say goodbye to her elderly dog. They took him around to say goodbye to all the staff on the building ad they'd all gotten to know and love him. They let my sister hold him as he crossed the rainbow bridge and made beautiful imprints of his nose and paws for her. They are a lovely clinic.
I like their plan for waiting that kept my dog away from the other dogs being seen at the clinic. It meant there was less stress on the pets and the owners. It was also very clean and friendly.
Dr Van was great and very patient with my 3 lil pups. We were there for a dental evaluation. Came all the way from Woodburn because she was recommended as great with small dogs lil mouths for dental care. She took her time to look each one of them over and she explained all of her concerns to me so I can make an informed decision. I would recommend her and ACG&S, to anyone.
Great group of professionals that truly love what they do. They always look for ways to keep pet owner cost down while caring for your furry family member.
Went with son for dog's precheck and meds before procedure. Very nice staff and facilities.
Love their friendliness, services and expertise. Not so fond of prices, but they are comparable. We originally chose them because they were the only vet around who could handle large dogs. They truly do great and small.
Update: they called today to tell us they will not see us or sell us food because of this review.
The Vet is nice, a little time consuming. Front desk lady was rather rude a few times. Reason for low stars and why we switched is they would not get my dogs prescription dog food in regularly or in the large sized bag paying 80.00 for 12#’s is ridiculous when the 32# is 110.00 and its not a supply issues as other vets have it.
They have large bags in stock but claim its for another customer that hasn’t picked it up in a month.seems they need help with proper customer service or they just like over charging.
This place is the best! All of the staff is so kind to the pets and families that come in. Whenever we come in they make us feel comfortable and we know you are in good hands. I will never bring my dog anywhere else:)
Great location for my anxious pyrenees and her goldendoodle sister loves them aswell they just adore the doctors and nurses.
The facility is well maintained and houses a friendly environment. The staff treat and care for your pets with all the vigor and kindness you'd hope to find at a veterinary clinic. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.
My dog can be pretty fearful and sometimes difficult to work with. ACGS handled him incredibly well. He ended up liking staff and drs. They are caring, skilled, and really know their stuff. Best vet I've ever taken any of my pets to
First time I visited them was 10 years ago to get well certificates for 2 of my dogs so we could travel through Canada they were great then and they are great now. I would recommend them to everyone
Highly recommend! Every single person that works here really cares about you and your pet. I took my 18 year old Pomeranian, Sunnie, there for a couple years and they were always so excited to see him and give him love. I wish I lived closer so I could take my cat there too. My dog sadly had kidney failure last week and Dr. Sadahiro was so gentle about talking about options for him and I ultimately decided it was time to let him go and they gave me as much time as I needed to say goodbye and let me give the go ahead for when I was ready. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do and they made it as easy and comfortable as possible and I’m so grateful for that. Thank you to everyone who took such great care of my Sunnie Bunnie.
After 8 years of coming here with my dogs I've never once considered going elsewhere. They take exceptional care and consideration in everything they do.
There are separate cat and dog owner entrances, (or two different dog owners if that's what you need), the staff is always excellent and seem very happy to be working where they are.
Everything is always nice and clean, and they currently have 2 vets on staff so you have options if you feel you need it.
