Very impressed with the staff here. We had our little family with us as both my wife and I had back-to-back appointments and they accommodated us with friendly and courteous care.

This place is such a joke. Kelly Shannon performed an eye exam on my fiancé back in July. After two months of feeling he couldn’t see properly out of his brand new glasses, he went for another exam through America’s Best. All six numbers were COMPLETELY WRONG. We spoke to multiple people at the office about this and they refused to reimburse us for the money spent on his now useless glasses. Avoid!

If you’re looking to get an eye exam for yourself or your kids, I highly recommend call Family Vision care. I have been coming to this location for two years. The ladies in the back when you pick your frames out are amazing and so helpful A+!

This entire clinic—staff, and Dr. Shannon, are professional and kind. What I found most helpful was how well-explained all the different steps were. I received excellent care all-around; from the front desk to the Tech, Dr, to the optician. If you’re looking for an Optometrist, I recommend Dr. Shannon and All Family Vision Care-Salem.

I felt like the exam was well done by Dr. Shannon. I expected to buy a pair of glasses that day, but after being informed that I could expect to pay $500 out of pocket, I took my prescription and left. They are charging too much. All of the frames seemed expensive, particularly after reading articles that they all come from China, regardless of the apparent brand.

Everyone acted professional. They were also very friendly. I'm glad they were recommended to me.

A wonderful place to have eye exam and get glasses they work with you on what you want not what they want to sell they tell you what looks good. Highly recommend All Family Vision.

Dr. Shannon is amazing with kids and is extremely knowledgeable about other indicators with kids struggling to see (ie. Visual processing disorders, vision therapy, dyslexia, etc.).

I recommend here. The employees are kind and helpful. The optometrist was knowledgeable and thorough with the exam and also friendly.

Very friendly staff. Treat’s my daughter with kindness and speaks to her about her choices. Give honest feedback and doesn’t rush her on making a choice on glasses.

Super friendly, very quickly served, great examination and outcome, love the selection of glasses, and they took my insurance! The only drawback is that their glasses are super expensive and I took my prescription elsewhere this time to get a better price, and I did!

My daughter is 7 and this was her first eye exam. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly and gave directions easy for the kids to follow. I'm definitely going back!
