Service was as expected. Prices are a bit high. While customer service wasn't bad. It's wasn't great.

By far the worst experience! Pretty much lied to us, I send somebody in to pick up a piece with pictures and the piece itself guaranteed it was the same thing, come back with something I cannot use and they will not exchange it even though we were gone less than five minutes very rude customer service (very very expensive!) Better off using a pop cans for a while until you can go somewhere else Will not be returning thanks for nothing to douche bags sincerely FU

Every staff member provides excellent service with the exception of one team member. I've been shopping here for a little less than a decade, and yet, this one cashier refused to sell me a product because I was about 10 cents short, even after assuring him that I would pay extra on my next visit. I'm not lowering the 5 star rating because the other cashiers more than make up for his ineptitude.

Double check what you are being charged. Several times I have been over charged the posted sale price. Will not be going back.

This place is awesome! They know there products and there is a good assortment of products coils and juices for not being one of these super vape marts they are really good I recommend them 5 stars!

I was sold a defective battery for my catridges at this store $20 for a battery that looks lopsided and all they can tell me is call the manufacturer. What kinda customer service is that? Is give them zero stars if I could. Bad business and bad taste left in my mouth.

Quick and easy. Decent pricing. I approve. At least for the reasons I go in there for. Cheap pipe tobacco and tubes

The owner is very knowledgeable and very approachable, he hires like minded individuals, I've been a customer since he opened the shop on 145th & Division and haven't had any problems at all! Great prices and had to find products under one roof! My hats off to you and many thanks for being here! Eric

Went there regularly when I lived in Portland, still make the drive from Vancouver cause they’re cool and have good prices!

I just keep calling and have tried a few different times through the day but nobody answers. Well im damn sure not going to a shop that doesn't want business.

On division.forget the one in Gresham rude staff, wanted. 50 for pack of matches when I bought cigarettes!

My husband used one stop for years. First off, it's often not open on time. But everyone had different information. He like a special brand of cigars. They were a big seller, and often they ran out. One person said they would be there Tuesday. They never came another said tomorrow, no show again. The final straw was after 2 1/2 wks of daily stopping by we went elsewhere. Better price too

I bought a smok tank here. The employees told me they don't do returns but that the manufacturer does if there's an issue. They assured me this is a simple process. First of all, the tank immediately leaked. The first time I used it and from then on. The manufacturer is in China and so is their customer service. You can email and there is a website to upload proof of purchase but it didn't successfully upload. Basically it was a giant pain to contact them. When they did eventually respond it was to offer a coupon because they don't offer replacements for leaking. I feel kind of scammed. I stopped going here because they were always out of ecig liquid but my new shop didn't have the tank I needed. I'm sorry I came back.

The employees are wonderful. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for a reaccuring stock issue on 1 product.

Big open environment but feels ocword wondering the store. The prices are also to high. They have a cigar room and a very broad range of products.

I asked a csr for a fruity vape juive flavor. I was told "naked" is best for fruity flavor. I purchased a 60 ml of "nana" vape juice and returned 10 minutes later when I discovered it has cream flavor. I understand all stops return policy is all sales are final, which honestly seems criminal. I could accept losing 20 dollars, but I cannot abide the treatment I recieved from a particularly rude employee. Her shift began 5/18 at 2: 30, just as I returned. She told me I needed to return tomorrow morning even though I had already driven home and then back again. I was sold an unsealed bottle with no reciete. She told me that has to be a lie, because they "wouldn't do that". Again, return policies are what they are, but this employee made me feel very unwanted and greatly made me regret my purchase. I was so offended by her attitude, I refused to leave with my juice. I will find a store with better represenitives to spent my hard earned money at. Enjoy my 20 dollars, and my juice. I hope it was worth losing a customer for life.
