We had to replace our 28 yo composition roof on our house. We got 5 different estimates for the job and decided on All surface because of how thorough Ian was inspecting our roof, how he explained what they would do and the estimate he gave us for the cost. Even though I was a little nervous about taking the lowest bid I had no need to worry. Amy was easy to work with getting the job scheduled and communicated well with us. Jay and his crew did a great job stripping off our old roof and putting on the new one. They were always there when they said they were going to be. Worked quickly, efficiently and did a good job cleaned up after they were done. Best of all our new roof looks great!

It was a pleasure to work with the All Surface team from start to finish. Ian, the estimator, spent a lot of time inspecting the old roof and attic, talking about the roof, the products they would use, providing samples and a prompt estimate. I did not feel pressured in any way with Ian as I had with other companies. In comparison with estimates from other companies, the cost was fair and they stuck to it. Amy, who coordinated the project, made sure everything was there on time and provided great communication throughout the project. The roof installers were amazing! They arrived on time, were very respectful of my property, very efficient and cleaned everything up at the end of the day. The old roof was off and the new one on in half the time that I had been told. Such hard workers! They also arranged for my gutters to be replaced (another company). Finally, Giovani and Kyle came out to install two vents, which went very quickly, looked great and cleanup was excellent. Eric, the final inspector, came out to make sure everything was done correctly. I am so pleased with my new roof and gutters and highly recommend All Surface Roofing.

All Surface was great to work with. They were able to fit us in their schedule within a couple of weeks of receiving a quote. After receiving multiple quotes from different roofers we decided to use All Surface for their professionalism and no-nonsense pricing. Communication was clear from beginning to end. Ian even cared enough to reach out to us weeks after our project was complete to make sure we were happy with the work.

I recently had my roof replaced by All Surface Roofing and Construction. While the installation was satisfactory and affordable, I was disappointed by the salesperson's dishonesty regarding the materials used, the fact that the job was subcontracted without informing me, and the additional charges due to mismeasurement.

The installation crew (subcontractors) did a commendable and timely job. However, I discovered that the underlayment used was not the premium-grade version promised by the salesperson. It was a lower-quality substitute that could potentially affect the durability, longevity, and warranty of the roof.

Furthermore, I was dismayed to find out that I was charged more than the initial quote due to mismeasurement by the company. This unexpected cost increase left me feeling frustrated and questioning the integrity of the sales process.

Overall, while the installation itself was decent, the misleading sales tactics, substitution of lower-quality underlayment, additional charges due to their mistakes, and subcontracting without transparency left me disappointed and mistrustful. Potential customers should exercise caution, seek accurate information about materials, specifically the underlayment, inquire about subcontracting practices, and ensure precise measurements are taken before deciding to hire All Surface Roofing and Construction.

Ian came out to do the estimate. I really appreciated that he took pictures inside the attic and on the roof so he could show me what shape the roof was in. By seeing inside the attic he explained the benefit of adding the roof ventilation and how it would improve airflow. Ian left me with the information and got the bid to me right away. He wasn’t pushy and there were no pressure tactics. Would have been a deal breaker for me! The job was done in a timely manner and the roof looks great! I am very pleased with the results.

Used this service once again and a year later am just as delighted as ever. Gio and his team members Kyle and Marcos did an amazing job. So grateful for their services and attention to detail and cleanup.

Jorge and his team members Jose and Bryan did an outstanding job on our gutter and roof cleaning project. All surrounding areas were left tidy and we are very pleased with their work.

We've been using All Surface since we moved into our home 17 years ago. No other company has been on our roof and it will stay that way. From gutter and shake roof cleaning to repair and maintenance work, the crew is always professional, very knowledgeable, and respectful of the property. The office staff is always friendly and responsive and the cost is reasonable. Why would we go anywhere else when we've always had the best? !

All Surface replaced the ridge caps on my roof. Jose and his team of Gio and Joshua did an excellent job, with great cleanup afterwards. I would recommend them.

All Surface performed roof & gutter cleaning on our home 4/11/23. Gio & Joshua arrived at noon and worked diligently past 6pm until everything was done. It was a big job, mossy areas were cleaned & treated + pine needle debris removed from the roof & gutters. Very pleased with the end result, appreciate the care taken to clean everything up.these guys are the pros I'll ask for next time!

From the team in the office helping to coordinate the estimate to the team that came out to do the work (Greg, Jean, Jacobi), everyone was very friendly and professional. We had a moss removal service done on our roof and are very happy with the results and would recommend this company. The main reason I went with All Surface is because of their SoftCleaning process and they were so easy to work with.

Giovani & Joshua cleaned our roof of debris (leaves/branches, moss, etc.), then spread moss killer and cleaned our large sky-light. Their work was of excellent quality. We were impressed, and will definitely call them next year.

We got our gutters installed about 2 years ago, and have come across so many issues since. I refrained from posting then, but with the issues coming up again after a couple years I felt like I should make this post.

We had initially went with All Surface since their quote came in as one of the lowest and we trusted the estimator in his opinion in what we needed (big mistake, he also commented multiple times on our home making snide remarks about it and how he wouldn't have bought it if it was him - should've listened to my gut on this red flag but I ignored it). Also, All Surface contracted out their gutters to a different company (a different van with a different company name come up) and simply acted as a broker for our project.

Two years later, we are still dealing with leaks and dripping behind the gutter, and have had to fix issues that have arose from this. Of note, they did try to right this by sending a crew out shortly after installing, but their "fix" was to raise the gutter so much that now our one of our roof lines is completely sloped from it being too high which is causing the dripping issue. When we continued to have issues they sent out their estimator again and brushed off our concerns. They also their gutters use the old style of nails and spikes too (which we learned is the worst way to install gutters, word to the wise go with a company that uses screws instead).

We ended up having another gutter company come do the remainder of our gutter needs and haven't had a single problem with the areas they installed (they even looked at the gutter job All Surface did and had to fix some parts of the drip edge since it wasn't installed correctly).

First off, I'd like to say that I am a repeat customer of All Surface Roofing and Construction. They came out and did some repairs for me a few years back and because of the service and communication I received THEN, I decided to call them back when I discovered recently that I needed to replace my roof. They were very responsive, and made what is usually a super stressful and expensive scenario, much less so. From the office staff who took my call, right down to the crew who came out to replace my roof - I have zero complaints. Job was done well, it was done on time, and best of all, they stuck to the quote I was given and didn't add on a bunch of "Unforseen issues" that many other companies do. Overall, I am very pleased with All Surface and will definitely use them again for future needs.

Giovani and Joshua cleaned roof, gutter and skylights today. All work completed in a timely matter. Work was excellent and exceeded my expectation. One skylight had pitch on it from the tree overhanging our roof. I did not expect that the pitch to be cleaned. They were able to get that done. Pricing was competitive. Overall happy with the work they completed.

Our new roof was an easy process from estimation to installation. People showed up when they said they would and the work was done well in a reasonable timeframe. We especially appreciated the crew cleaning up at the end of each day, and will definitely recommend All Surface Roofing in the future.

Team name Juan and team member Jean were prompt, courteous, and good workers. They were on time and cleaned up after the service of gutter cleaning, downspout flushing, and patio power wash.

We recently had our roof replaced along with new gutters. All Surface Roofing did a wonderful job of replacing our old shingles as well as replacing a few of the sheeting that was holding moisture. Good quality of shingles were used.

We had received our quote quickly (within $100 of another company that also gave us a quote), the job was scheduled immediately (working around the rainy weather). Gutters were installed the following week. You won’t be disappointed by this company

I needed a downspout and an extension, as well as a new gutter. I was impressed with the personnel. Alberto and Domingo did an excellent job and recommended quality items at a reasonable price. I appreciated the office staff's pleasant and friendly personalities.
