We’ve all heard so many nightmare stories about supply shortages, labor shortages, and poor customer service. After meeting with Tom and his team, I could tell this wouldn’t be the case with All Surfaces. They took the time to authentically listen to my concerns and provided me with a thoughtful plan for my flooring, counters, and backsplashes.

From the beginning, Tom and Shelby’s actions demonstrated that they had one focused agenda – my satisfaction. They talked me through all of my options while applying expertise to make insightful suggestions. As the designer, Shelby helped me to pick colors and materials that tied everything together tastefully. I could tell that she enjoys her work – she patiently met with me 3 times and even squeezing me in for last minute appointments. Tom was responsive throughout managing the whole project. It was done on time and on budget. I love the end result and would highly recommend them!
