Called to get the quote and parts options for $3000+ job on my bmw. Promised to call back by the end of the day. After not hearing back for the next couple days, called again and instead of giving me the quote I asked for, the answer was “we won’t have time for the following month for the job like this”. Really? Even if you booked out for month, should at least give me the quote and the first available date when you can do it, instead of just rejecting $3000-4000 job like this. Not sure what was the reason for that. Guess if they not interested in getting those money, I’ll take it to another shop

No need to visit the dealership…! This is the only place in Portland that I trust when it comes to maintenance and repairs for my BMW…! Prices are fair, and the quality of work is phenomenal…! Quick to make me an appointment and knowledgeable, direct, and professional service. Have so far completed two oil changes on my Supra. It’s new so no other issues with it yet. Thankful that they were willing to accept the challenge!

The owner never called me back even when I was referred to him by a friend of mine. They don't about communication at all

Completed routine service on my 2019 BMW 540i promptly, charging a fair price. They were also able to clear the obnoxious "emergency call system malfunction" message programmed by BMW to solicit subscriptions for roadside assistance and identified a cracked drivetrain part that will need to be serviced soon. Aaron (owner/mechanic) and Colton (service advisor) struck me as knowledgeable and trustworthy, and I will definitely be back for future service.

WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TIME! These people are very incompetent when working on modern BMW's, specially when it comes to electrical systems and modified cars. I took my car in for some electrical issues after I replaced the high pressure fuel pump myself. I asked them to double check the high pressure fuel pump and the electrical issues. They logged some data and said the new part was working fine, but in reality it wasn't and I had to change it again since the car was barely drivable (I also logged data myself and the high pressure pump was not in spec). For the electrical issues (FRM module corrupt, common on BMW's), I told them what I thought it was and they laughed me off and started spending hours diagnosing unrelated issues. I took the car back and successfully fixed the FRM module and fuel pump myself. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR TO THESE CLOWNS!

Satisfied with requested service. However, after inspection many of the notes wasn’t corresponding reality. They noted that all front control arms bushings were completely blown out, did front suspension overhaul myself and they were ok, have some cracks but definitely not as described. Said that all brake hoses were cracking, while only one had small crack (rest were ok). While missed some things like windshield washer pump didn’t work, as well as one for headlights and outer tie rods had lots of play (especially front right). I would suggest to double check all the recommendations yourself prior deciding to do any work
