17Went in the expectation that Dine In meant more than the standard options. Without digging too deep into any website or link we should be able to tell that their food offering is shut down except for the standard fare. Perhaps best to rename the theater for now? Our theater front row had small tables on the chairs but many were damaged or missing. It was not a great experience especially for such a new theater.
If you don't get to be in the dinner theaters, then cry yourself to sleep. The seats for use by the proletariat are pretty bad. They tilt slightly forward, so the entire movie, you feel like the abyss is calling, and you are tempted to fly. Good sound, popcorns okay.
Was a little nicer than your average movie theatre but we ran into some issues. We went there because they werved drinks but after standing in an empty bar for a few minutes, someone finally came and asked if we needed help then come to find out the bartender couldn't make it in and no one else could serve us, but there were all signs saying the bar is open. Pur seats were sticky, we had to get wipes to clean them up, my friends seat was torn and cutting into her leg and there was no where to put your feet up as the wall was too far away. We also had no service and couldn't access the wifi to even order food from their online ordering system
First time here. Disappointing. The place is dirty (carpets, bathrooms even walls). Also, the most uncomfortable chairs that I have ever sat in at a theater.
Food was not available when we went. Coke products were insanely watered down. Building is starting to get run down: peeling paint in bathrooms. Chairs were grimy. Staff was kind but we had to turn down the house lights ourselves in the theater.
At this "dine in" theater we were told after we bought our tickets at 8: 20 for our 8: 50 movie that the kitchen and bar closed at 8 that night as many of their cooks had quit. When I mentioned to the employee checking our tickets that the website shouldn't say "dine in, food delivered to your seat" if this was not the case he replied "well it's not my fault and our food has a bunch of calories in it anyway". The person at the concession counter literally told me to "call corporate and complain because we deal with this every night". When we asked for a cup for water they gave us the smallest cup ever and when asked for a larger cup they let us know that we needed to pay the normal overly inflated price for a soda in order to get a cup of any larger size. So we paid $5 or so for a cup of water, retail for the large popcorn and nothing but attitude from these people that are suppose to be providing customer service to the customers of AMC. The movie theater facility itself has started to go down hill and needless to say we are less than impressed with the service and false advertising about a "dine in" movie experience. There are more options than AMC out there and I suggest you explore them.
Really gone down hill in recent years. They need to include the times they actually serve food in theaters and let people know if their showing does not qualify before hand.
Awful experience because of uncomfortable seating in auditorium 14! It’s the one next to the bar. These aren’t your regular movie theater seats. The seat pushes forward on your neck and back which left me in pain and I could ‘t enjoy the movie. My wife and her friend had the same experience.
The food options are not great, and I expected to get better quality for what we paid. We should have just gotten popcorn.
My first time going to a movie in 3 years and it was an awful experience. You have to buy online first with a $1.50 service fee or wait in the concession line for 15 mins to buy a movie ticket. So frustrating, employees just standing around while there was a huge line. I had to leave because I would’ve missed the first part of the movie even with arriving early. So disappointing
We have chosen AMC theaters many times and were excited for a dine in theater but this is not that. You have to order it at concessions and 90% of the menu was unavailable…the large popcorn tub was a medium bag and when I asked about it they said that was the large. Didn’t want to argue. This was our first time at this theater and no one explained how it works…and when they delivered our food to our broken, cracked chairs…I asked about trays to place the food on. They told us we had to grab them from outside the theater. They were not labeled and filthy! I felt like I was at a FYRE festival with the expensive portions where children are running the place and no one is managing the experience.
Horrible, awful, atrocious food. More than half the menu was “unavailable. ” There is no “service” - you order your wretched, nasty food at concessions and then go out and pick it up. I got three drinks and felt as sober as the day I was born. Absolutely not worth the price. We will never come here again. Huge disappointment. I felt like we literally burned our money. The bartender was personable and friendly, as were the staff - still doesn’t make up for the dinner.
Dine in theater is a joke. Most of the food is not available and you have to stand in line to order. If you want alcohol you have to stand in another line. Miserable experience with two young kids.
This is advertised as a dinner theater with a bar both of which were unavailable. We arrived early in hopes of grabbing a drink before our date night. The bar was closed. So we went down the street to kill time. We didn’t eat before hand with the understanding that we could order dinner here before the movie. WRONG. Kitchen was also closed. If we hadn’t already bought tickets we would have left. I now have a hangry wife that’s probably not gonna give me any for a month because of this travesty. Thanks AMC. The only reason I’m giving you 2 stars is your poor staff were so nice about giving us the bad news.
There is no dine in here. Only found our because of other reviews. Popcorn was stale. All kids working most of them chatted while we all waited to get whatever food was offered. Arcade is so run down and sad unfortunately.
Went to theater Saturday morning and there was no toilet paper in the ladies room. Then got to our seats in theater 7. Top row 10-11. Seat is broken, covering is torn. I can't believe this place used to be so nice. I will note everyone working was pleasant as can be and helpful.
We havent been here in over 4 years. Didn't get any snacks, so I can't comment on that experience or anything else. But the chairs in theater 4 (and I assume all theaters) are completely uncomfortable. I would bypass this location based solely on the chairs.
