I have used this company 3 times for residential applications as well as one commercial application. Great quality and value in all 3 jobs.

The cabinets installed look great, but they left trash and sawdust everywhere including in the drawers. Otherwise they'd get 5 stars. Wish I could do 4.5 stars.

We've used them numerous times in the past and had a great experience, but we went to use the recently for our business and the customer service was so terrible we couldn't even get through the initial back and forth emails. We were very bummed.

My husband and I used Amcraft to help us with our long-awaited kitchen remodel. Our salesman was fantastic and helped us design our cabinets to better utilize the space we had. We are so happy we went with his suggestions! Our kitchen feels HUGE now!

We chose the Shaker style cabinetry with Rustic Cherry and Natural Finish. I now understand that "custom cabinetry" doesn't alway mean expensive. It means what it says.built to fit. Amcraft's prices and quality were unbeatable! They did not disappoint! We are so happy with our dream kitchen!

The Amcraft team helped design my new kitchen layout and had lots of great ideas and suggestions.
Amcraft then custom built all the cabinets and installed onsite.

The end result was excellent and I am really happy with my new kitchen!
The team were very friendly and professional throughout.
Highly recommended.

Ah, where do I start? We hired Amcraft Cabinets for a basement to mother-in-law apartment conversion, laundry room, and basement bath update in our home. We chose Amcraft as they originally did our kitchen cabinets back in 1986 and we wanted to match the stain from our kitchen for the basement cabinets. Our first impression was great. The salesperson, Mark, came in a timely manner, had great communication, seemed reliable. We were never invited to come to the showroom in person to choose finishes, cabinets doors, hardware etc, but this is all occurring during a pandemic, so I'm sure their protocols have changed. Our goal all along was to match the stain in the existing cabinetry in the home with updated cabinets. My mother chose a shaker cabinet style for her apartment. Mark came out and measured all of the cabinets, asked great questions, made great suggestions to us. He needed to come out again after leaving something off the first renderings of the cabinets. No big deal. He came back out re-measured what he needed to. The choices of cabinets style was done through email between my mother and Mark. He reviewed the estimate and contract in person. I signed on the dotted line, even though at that time, there was no cabinet style selection that was confirmed- just the number of cabinets, measurements, stain, etc. Fast forward to installation day. The stain looks great and matches the existing cabinetry and trim pretty well. However, we were shocked at the doors that were installed. The lower cabinets has a basic rectangular panel (not shaker as we were expecting), the drawers, a flat panel, and the uppers, with a very strange antiquated inlayed pattern that was neither what was chosen nor did it match any other cabinet in our home. My mom expressed her concerns to the installers and they were told that this was they "new style" and how they do things. She told them not to install the hardware as she knew that she selected a shaker style. The installers agreed and stated they would follow up with Mark, who was on vacation at the time). When my mother first heard from the company, she was told basically that she did select the style installed. At that time, she could not find the email in which she selected the cabinet style. She was only sent two choices via email and she chose option 1, which was a shaker cabinet. Luckily, she was able to find the email. It has been more than 2 weeks, and there has been minimal communication from the company. Furthermore, I selected the countertops for my laundry room, emailed Mark to confirm my choice, never heard anything back, and have had no communication regarding the timing for the installation of the countertop in my laundry room. My mom cancelled the second check that would have completed payment of the cabinets, which came with a fee. I certainly have not paid my remaining balance either. What's even worse if that we got a bill in the mail for the remaining balance for a job that has not been completed.came up with a proposed solution (leave the bottoms and match the top cabinet doors to the bottom). This is not even what my mother originally chose! She wants shaker cabinets. She then chatted with Greg (the owner, I believe) and Mark who My mother finally heard from Mark today, who basically told her that he is trying to find the email where she selected the cabinetry choice. Why would he need to find an email that she has? I'm waiting to hear from the owner and Mark to figure out how to solve this egregious problem. Hopefully they can learn some valuable lessons from this in the future as far as their process in selecting every choice in regards to a cabinet- I would suggest a visual order sheet where the customer can select the style, finish, add-ons, hardware, install date, etc, so both parties involved have clear expectations. I'm happy to edit this review once this issue is resolved. At this time, would I recommend this company? No. However, I realize we are all human and make mistakes and there is room for grace. I'm confident that we'll find a solution.

The current employers do not treat their employees fairly, nor do they supply proper safety equipment, medical equipment and tools for the the tasks at hand. The installation crew is constantly having to miss use power tools against OSHA regulations in order to accomplish tasks. The salesmen constantly miss measure for cabinetry and refuse to accept responsibility for their bad decisions. The communication between salesmen and customers is poor and slow. One of the company owners, Greg White, constantly receives poor opinion from customers due to his aggressive manner and communication with them. The cabinet shop puts out low quality cabinetry, with constant issues such as; cabinets falling apart and needing repair on-site, wrong cabinet designs, damaged trim work.

Amcraft Cabinets recently did our kitchen cabinets and I couldn't be more in love with how they turned out! We have an old house so the walls aren't straight and floors aren't level, but they did an incredible job installing, and took great care of them in the process. We had Ikea cabinets before and the difference is unreal. There is no comparison! I absolutely recommend Amcraft! I am in love with my new kitchen!
