I will never allow my 5 shops to order from ATD again. They don't stand by their warranty. No wonder this company has gone bankrupt at least once. No customer service and they out right lie about their warranty. Local and National Management don't care. I delt with Tim Gilpse (National Account Manager) and I had to send weekly reminders asking him what is the return status on the wrong wheels you all sent me. 6 months later they finally pick them up. Horrible customer service, product and management. A recipe for another bankruptcy. Hopefully Trump doesn't bail them out with a stimulus package. Let the free market forces do its thing. We will only use Tirehub and Northwest Retread Tire Company.

Wish I could give negative reviews. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We are a smaller shop ordering less than 50 sets a month. We had an issue with a return. Their person gave the wrong brand of tires to our tire guy. He installed them and while performing an alignment we determined these were not what we asked for. ATD said too bad, you installed them we are not exchanging them or giving a warranty. Since then we tried returning 4 other tires that a client changed his mind. Oh they are your tires now. We don;t offer any refund. People like this are make it easy to decide on another company.

They did a good job in unloading my truck, may be a little work on the cs side

Terrible to deal with. Will never warranty a tire. Twice we sent tires back.both times they claimed the bead was ripped. Both times we had photos showing no bead damage before being sent. Yet once the tires were returned, mysteriously the beads had become ripped.or cut.

Won't work with you to try and sort out any problem
