Tipped housekeeping everyday always askd for more towels which i got but never the size i requested, think they may have a towel shortage. Pool was very clean and warm. They lock up lobby around midnight. My room key did not work on side door as they stated, was locked out of building in middle of the night and employer was not very nice when letting me in. Front desk girl was sweet.

The front desk people are very in patient and we polite when we had to report our bike tires gotten stabbed they were patient when we were writing back ans forth since we are hearing impaired:)

Inexpensive, basic hotel. Good staff. Across the street from McMenamins and their music venues.

The room was clean and very nicely furnished. The staff was great. I'd stay there again.

The worst place to stay at, first of all the toilet didn't flush correctly also noticed missing smoke alarm room was dirty terrible mismanaged location.

Well-worn facility, but a great staff & fine service. Very good bed, got a really good night's sleep. Good shower. No chair for the desk/table nor a stuffed chair or recliner or anything else for watching TV.

Dirty rooms (broken furniture, stained carpets, holes in walls) etc. Definitely one of the worst hotels to be at. They also charge a 100$ security deposit. Bad front desk service. Please don't book at this property.

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating in many ways! Very helpful! Kid friendly as well pets are welcome! I am an out of town worker from Washington! The rate was fantastic! Wouldn’t stay any where else! Close to stores grocery coffee shops as well!

This was a great value and the service I received from the employees was amazing. Donna and Matt made me feel like i had been friends with them for years. They helped me with directions and anything I needed while i was there. I.was traveling alone and stayed for about 4 nights. The rooms were clean and the facility was nicer than I expected. I will definitely be staying there again soon.

The room was nice, bed comfortable. I'm a tough critic because I worked in the industry for years, my complaints or area to improve would be better attention to detail from a maintenance aspect, there was an unpainted sheetrock patch on the ceiling in the bathroom, spa tub lacked caulking which kinda gave it a dirty feeling (tub itself was clean though). Housekeeping seemed to be ok except for one of throw pillows on the bed has daggers of safety pins closing the broken zipper which seemed like a safety issue, and there was a dirty towel left from a previous guest hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The landscaping around the hotel was non existent. Piles of raked debris with trash mixed in with it looks to have been sitting for some time.
Don't get me wrong, id stay again in a heart beat. All the staff were superb. Very friendly, and happy to accommodate there guest. Just a few things I look forward to seeing improvement on n our next stay.

Not a great value. Holes in the walls, cracked mirror, curtain falls off rod when opening, exposed wiring in bathroom, king sized mattress on queen sized base. Just bad.

A little older Inn but clean and reasonably priced. Secured building. Staff was super friendly. Plenty of parking. Ice machine. Masks are required. Room had mini fridge, & microwave.
Inn is located within a mile from places to eat, & grocery store.

The lady at the front desk was very rude and not very helpful. She also came into my room without permission while I was in the shower

Exceptionally accommodating to the handicapped and handi-capable visitors; they are willing to accommodate those with special needs. Military friendly, and safe for all!

Pool is currently out as well as zero breakfast service due to Covid.

We came down to Forest Grove for a funeral before. My wife reserved this room because it had a fair price.
The room is dated, furniture needs washed stuff smeared on headboard and table. Shower is a very poor. Bathroom fan is really loud. When other patrons got up at 5 in the morning and started leaving is very noisy.

BED BUGS DO NOT GO! Horrible. Reeks of weed, smelled like smoke inside my non smoking room, stains on the headboard, mismatched pillows and dingy yellowed sheets. Smoke detector falling out of ceiling. Shampoo was crusty and watered down. The final straw was when I pulled the sheets back and laid down and up came crawling a little bed bug.put it in a cup and brought it down to front desk and this was the only good part of the night, was when they refunded me when I asked them too and they didn’t argue, front desk lady was nice and trying, Priceline helped out too.
