Arrived at 0820 for 0945 appt they tell me appt was at 0800 so I have to wait been waiting 4hrs on a call no communication nothing what a waste of my day

I hope I never have to go there again. Call it holiday or whatever. The last time I was there they had me in a door for extended hours. This time 7+ after checking in and inthe door with a red light on.

I was late had to wait for morning to be worked it they charged fee but got me worked in fast so was on my way in timely manner and truckers are great

So bad company the people in the office so not nice. Me and my team drivers Stay in here for 2 days by the company.

Do not speak nais I am stuck in 2 days with my Tim driver, 051121 hoo working in the office very, very bed spiking with me, I am truck driver bat for dis gai ve nobody, ve working very hard for them bat they NOT!

First time to this Americold and the best I've ever been to. Everyone was super nice no one rude. It didn't take 3 or 4 hours to get loaded it only took 25mins. Keep up the good work

Nice people had a unload time for 8 am Monday arrived Friday at 2 pm the gave me a door right away and got me unloaded 3 days early thanks you americold

Hello truck driver drama, got a chance to load it Americold storage again, Ontario Oregon. Got there at 10: 30 in the morning for 12 noon appointment. I was out of there at 1: 30 at 1330, I give it five gold stars. These people are really nice here, they get five gold stars for me I love coming here.

Loads ordered should be ready even if driver is late. Never should have to wait over 4 hours for load when they only have 3 trucks

We needed to rearrange an entire load due to being overweight. Original shipper was closed on the weekend. Americold in Ontario, OR was the only company who would help us. Our driver got in and adjusted quickly. Raul was professional, courteous and eager to help. I even got a call from Americold the next day to see if everything went well. I've had a lot of my drivers deliver at Americold. They are always quick and friendly. Thank you Raul and Americold, you saved us!

Nice people that you have park on the side of the street they won't let you park in the yard they got five stars but it seemed like it took them a little while to get me loaded

Ladies in the office are super nice and pleasant to check in with, checked in at 12: 25PM for a 2pm Appointment. Parked on side of building until I recieved a call at 1: 37pm to proceed to the back side of the warehouse off NE 6TH Avenue. Loading was a little over 1 hour after I was released for the dock I was told to go to the front for paperwork. I parked on the side of the building again tried to get buzzed in but was instructed to go farther up the street take a right next to the transmission shop take another right get buzzed in and pull up to the exit for paperwork and seal. Part that sucks is when your not trying to trip the ELD you have to drive under 5 MPH makes it a huge pain driving all around to get a seal and paperwork. Got the paperwork around 2: 56PM. Wish it was a little easier to get paperwork when you load on the back side of the warehouse. Bathrooms are portable.

They go by appointment time dont be late. If picking up precool your trailer. A few tight doors but most have room to back into paperwork pretty fast once they take off gladlock. Scale at pilot down road. New noise ordnance can not run reefer before 7 am if parked close to homes. Otherwise its an Americold

Got there a half-hour early. Office got me right in. The guys loaded me so quick, didn't get all my veggies chopped for my veggie soup before they finished!
