I recently was in search of the necessary regulatory requirements to replace the carpeting in our Waterside Condominium Unit. I contacted your colleague Samantha Ross and she went more than the extra mile to provide me with all the details. She researched the matter thoroughly, provided all the necessary forms, and explained important necessities both in an email and in a returned phone call. Living at the John Ross for the last 3 years has been a pleasure. The building is quiet, the people are friendly, and it is near Ovation coffee which is an A+ way to start a morning. JP and Marques who work as concierges are both wonderful people! Always vigilante to automate the door when they see me struggling to carry my scooter inside, and super friendly and helpful with any problems I am having. Both are keen to tell when I am being not-so-social and we just exchange a small wave hello, but they are also wonderful people to talk to! Love you guys!

I have been working with riverfront condo for 7years. At times it can be a trying place, and dealing with the residents can cause one to go bold. This time, or this year I can't compare to any other. We worked with out distractions or complaints. The work went smooth and rather quickly. I have never had that much support from the management and maintenance team. NEVER, all the years I have worked downtown at riverfront. With our The manager and maintenance team our job would have been grueling and not to mention extremely frustrating. Well done Miss Dawn and MAmie for your help and giving us access to what we needed. I will definitely look forward to another year of working at the Riverfront condos. Thank you very much.

I lived at John Ross condos and I must say that JP and Marquise were just absolutely delightful to interact with every time. Their demeanor and genuineness certainly made me feel like their friend. It definitely made our community feel more like home.
