This place was really good the first time we tried it about 15 years ago. Since they changed owners about 10 years ago it's kind of gone downhill since then. Don't get me wrong it's still a good restaurant and one of the better ones in Portland but, their quality control has really slipped and I can no longer justify paying their abusive prices for food that used to be good. Most of the items on my menu my wife makes anyway as she hails from Peru herself.

As close to the best restaurants in Portland. Even better than some Peruvian restaurants in Peru! Can't wait until they open up again!

Andina is so delicious, we had our wedding dinner on February 2020, at the Tupai salon above the restaurant. That place is pure magic, the attention was so great and the food is out of this world. Thank you Andina for making possible one of the best memories of our lives.

Service was outstanding. Beautiful selection of cocktails. Can't recommend the lamb chops enough. Such a great experience.

First time here. Brought the wife for her birthday. The food and atmosphere are amazing! This is not a quiet romantic place to dine by any means. But the food is worth it. Very busy and crowded, which is why i think our server was not the best. We felt ignored much of the time. This is the only reason for 4 stars. But we would and will come here again.

Great Thanksgiving dinner at Andina. We were seated downstairs, which I never like, but knew it was a possibility on such a busy evening.

The menu was a lot of fun, with favorites from their regular menu and specials for the holiday (I had the turkey for my entree, and unfortunately, while trying to share with my girlfriend, a piece ended up in the candle). The cocktails were amazing, as always. The beef empanada was delicious, as per usual. Chose the sorbet for dessert, which was a pineapple and ginger concoction. Delightful.

Will come back to Andina over and over, as their service and flavors are hard to match.

Night out with the company took me here to enjoy a delicious variety of dishes. The duck confit was absolutely delicious and made quite exceptionally. Cocktails were equally delicious. Would definitely recommend for a date night! Great atmosphere.

Amazing food! So fresh, delicious, and beautiful. Love their wine selection and they cocktails are great. Spanish guitar on the weekends and always busy. When I there no matter how busy I don’t even notice because I’m enjoying the food so much. Beautiful environment. Recommend this place to anyone especially if you’re a foodie like me.

Great food. A little on the pricier side but the food is pretty good. Portion sizes could be a little bigger but this is definitely a place to try.

Food was good, service was overall good if not necessarily the friendliest. The place has a good vibe. There was definitely a lot of people having a good time when I was there. Food was a bit over priced but I knew that coming in. I am on the fence whether I would go again.

Ceviche is one of the best I've tasted. Would recommend tapas style as they excellent appetizers. Their cocktails and their desserts are also excellent. Bar area is a little noisy but lively esp with the live music. Formal area is good and accommodative but do not expect quite and peace. Overall the food is excellent. If you are in portland you should not miss eating here.
