6I've been seen by Dr. Cramer a few times and I have always had a good experience. He is attentive to my concerns and I have never had to wait for him for more than 5 minutes. The staff are also friendly and willing to help with whatever questions I have. They do respond to all my messages within 24 hours. I am very satisfied with the service I received.
Overall an exceptional experience. From the receptionist that checked me in to all the nurses who helped take care of me pre and post op were very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Facility was very clean and all Covid protocols were strictly followed. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends. Dr Cramer is awesome as well.
Dr. Cramer always explains everything completely and never makes you feel rushed. The surgery experience and the followup were great. Would recommend him to all.
