Dana is the absolute best nail tech I have ever had. My nails last at least 3,4 weeks with no lifting at all (acrylic doesn’t normally stick to my nail beds for a week much less any longer) and she has such a great eye for design like she really is a artist. Been coming here almost 2 years and she still surprises me every time! And she’s extremely fair with pricing. I Won’t go anywhere else.

My nails are cute or whatever but why nobody in these comments mention how ruff Dana is it’s beyond ridiculous. Other than that appreciate the nails.

I don't appreciate the fact that my 6 yrs old daughter came there with a step parent and were treated terrible. They drilled my daughter's nails plus got polish all over her cuticle and some. And when it was asked to redo them it was a big problem. Then they held my daughter hostage not the adult and called the police. FYI you were in the wrong and I as an old customer of this place i will NEVER come here again EVER!

Haven't been here in years due to personal reasons and it went AMAZING When I came in to get my toes done the wait wasn't to long. Pedicure was relaxing and everything my feet needed. Even better my nail tech recognized me. That's the kind of customer service that makes a place stand out. Thank you for amazing service, I never should have left.

Maybe it was a bad day for my tec, or maybe it's because I'm a boy getting my nails done. Felt rushed, and my nails looked uneven after. Also, is the uv light supposed to burn your skin?

Been going here for a hot minute They're all good They don't charge you a bunch to use multiple colors or for length. I love them

The lady doing my nails was almost done when another lady that she had previously worked on came in and came over to her to get her nails fixed. The tech very rudely asked the customer what SHE had done to her nails for them to chip. The lady had an appt. But had shown up early. At first the tech asked her to wait. Then all the sudden she told her to go sit at another table and went to work on her while my nails were drying. It's the techs fault the ladies nails chipped, I have never had my nails chip so quickly. My nails were at least cute and didn't end up too bad off before the party they were for. But even if my nails would have been on point, I wouldn't come back after the way the tech talked to the customer and she abandoned me while my nails were in the dryer. Told me to do my nails in the dryer again, then came back and finished my nails before they both went back through.

Me, my friend, and two of my sisters came and got our nails done November 5th for the first time and the service was absolutely ridiculous. They were very rough with my sisters and friends nails and ended up cutting my friends thumb. You should NEVER get cut while getting your nails done, there’s no excuse and they were rushing us and even said “I’m rushing you” and made my friend nails uneven. My friend was jumping in pain I had to tell the nail tech she was being too rough and needed to slow down and she ignored me. If you guys cannot keep up with your appointments and need to rush and hurt people then you need to not schedule so many people at once. They were also watching tv on there phones instead of focusing on our nails. The only one who did a good job was Tom. He was the only one who measured the nails and was gentle and took time, he did rush me a bit to pick the color of my nails and kept leaving in the middle of doing my nails. We are paying customers there is absolutely no excuse for this behavior. Go home if you’re just going to watch tv and hurt your customers. We will definitely not be coming back to this nail salon, this place is very ghetto and everyone is rude. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone, especially for people getting their nails done for the first time.
