Anthem PDX, Portland OR

I have absolutely loved living at Anthem! The neighborhood is amazing, with plenty to do nearby and the team at Anthem has been nothing short of incredible. Stunning apartments, and amazing amenities. Have to re-locate out of the area for work but will miss this place so dearly!

The location and staff are great! Management has had high turnover but I've had nothing but good interactions with staff. However, apartments here are priced well above market rent for the neighborhood and the amenities are fairly average. And it has the slowest elevator in human history.

If you have any issue whatsoever the building management team will be very unhelpful towards its resolution. They are rarely if ever on property for residence assistance.
Building looks great but ultimately the construction must have been very poor and the building is horribly built. The sound proofing is non existent you will literally hear your neighbors every sneeze cough or conversation.
Don’t waste 200$ a month on a parking spot. While they claim spots are numbered and assigned you’ll still find someone else parked in your spot regularly. Just cuz spot is assigned doesn’t mean there is a correlating tag for the vehicle or anything to confirm that vehicle is allowed in that spot. Also you can easily get into the garage without a fab or paying for parking simply by walking out the garage doors so the sensor opens and then park wherever you please. I regularly watch guests of residence do this and have had to confront someone doing so who attempted to park in my spot.

Location and amenities are the only thing going for this property. The property staff and management don’t know how to properly deal with complaints, there is no sound proofing and quiet hours are not enforced. We are constantly being woken up by upstairs neighbors in the middle of the night doing what sounds like lifting and dropping weights or building and moving furniture and management just gives you the run around without actually addressing the issue. The garage doesn’t seem to have cameras or any other enforcement of assigned parking. We have seen other residents let in random cars just by walking into the garage and setting off the sensor to open the garage door. These random cars have been found parked in my assigned spot. After paying $250 a month for garage parking this should not happen.

Apartment building feels very corporate, like i was walking into an office building.staff was nice but did not seem genuinely interested in showing me around.i had to ask to hear about things like mailing practices, security, etc.after asking about surveillance in the parking garage, a resident followed us outside to tell us that security doesn't do anything to help break-ins, and the cc footage is only good for a legal battle.wouldn't recommend this place, nice people though

Lauren and Megan are absolutely amazing friendly kind hearted ladies words cannot begin to describe how amazing they are and how perfect of an atmosphere they create. This is the perfect definition of a perfect home as you come into the office you’re greeted with beautiful, friendly smiles with the most golden attitudes from both ladies Lauren did an excellent job on helping me pick my home, showing me the layout and being very detailed, giving me breakdowns on absolutely everything making sure I feel comfortable with my move-in. As well as help from Megan Literally this has been the most amazing experience dealing with an apartment that I have ever dealt ladies. I cannot thank you enough for being so sweet and amazing through my move-in process and still helping me out after I moved in. I really look forward to a long stay at my new home

I absolutely love the assistant manager such a sweetheart. I really enjoy living here because of her. I hope she never leaves.

Nice looking apartments, amenities are nice, and staff friendly. Always there to help assist with any issues that arise.
