Antioch is the best Christian community that I’ve ever been a part of. I’ve lived in this house for almost 4 years now, and I’ve benefited immensely from the strong brotherhood, the shared adventures, and the personal growth I’ve experienced during these memorable years at Antioch House.

As far as housing next to OSU goes, Antioch is a downright bargain. Right now they charge about $635/month, which includes wifi and food!

Antioch definitely isn’t perfect. Things are often a little disorganized and messy. The leaders make mistakes, and there is a certain degree of inevitable conflict when you have a bunch of people living together. But these challenges set the stage for personal growth and leadership development.

Living at Antioch has encouraged me to live my best life. With these men, I’ve worshiped God with passion, prayed and seen prayers answered, searched the scriptures and matured in my faith. With these men, I’ve sat up late around many campfires, told stories, had deep conversations, shed tears, laughed until it hurt, climbed literal mountains, and breathed fire. (Yes, I did just say “breathed fire”.) Because of Antioch, I’ve had experiences I would likely never have had otherwise.

I’ve forged friendships here that will last forever. I’ve made memories here that will never die.

I think King David was on to something when he exclaimed, “Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity! ” (Psalm 133: 1 ESV)
