I took three cars here under previous owner since 2015.great jobs for all.

Last two cars I took under current owner. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same:

One car (@ $400 in June 2022), he offered a complimentary steam clean of engine bay (which is usually $50 extra). Did not get steam clean, and no offer from them to do it another time when I picked up. They opened the hood and started wiping down the bay before I had to leave after a couple of minutes.

Second car was smaller, and owner quoted me $450 in Aug 2022 (excludes steam clean), stating his price just went up from $400. He must've anticipated that I would ask for a make up on the engine bay steam clean from previous vehicle. Bad business. He also offered to address a couple of dings on my car for $300, which I accepted. I showed up after 5pm, since Apex did not call me and I had to catch a ride from a friend). The dings were not addressed because they could not get hold of the repair guy all day, but I did get a steam clean of engine bay by paying the $50 price increase. Whatever. Two days after driving, I noticed my (new) brakes that I just had replaced at Les Schwab, were grinding. Two Les Schwab locations found tire shiner solution on the pads, and that is when I told them I had the car detailed two days ago. They cleaned the pads as best they could.no charge. Les Schwab suggested that moving forward, to ask the detailer to not just spray in any direction or use a different method. I've also attached a photo of my rear window at night with headlights on it (after a week from detail). Like it wasn't even touched.

Too many complaints with Apex in a short time, shady business. I will need to find another detailer. Unfortunately, I really liked this place with the original owner.

These people are awesome! Nothing but great things to say about them. Straight forward and very professional. Will be calling again.

I took my campervan here to get some water removed from the carpet. I don't know what I would have done without these guys. They extracted the water and 4 hours later, the carpet was in great condition again. Great customer service and friendly staff. You guys rock!

Family-operated, they do everything from full body wraps to full body clear coverings, 8-hour cured thick 2-step thick Ceramic coatings over all paint, glass and plastics. Great carnuba waxing, scratch buffing, clay despotting treatments, full headlight restoration, plastic restoration, top quality window tinting, etc. They use only the best products, very well priced and knowledgeable about everything and willing to share what they know with you. Every vehicle needs this kind of love on occasion, even if you wash your car by yourself frequently. My vehicle looks brand new! Highly recommended!

They are amazing, hard worker, very helpful, goes above and beyond what most will do in there industry. For example, I work 12hrs shifts at the hospital 7am to 730pm and couldn't get be there when they open or back in timefor closing. The owner told me he would take me to work and pick me up after. I was speechless he was so nice and told me that's the less he could do for a health care worker. I would recommend his team to everyone. Great work, caring team, a smiling face in the middle of this crazy time and couldn't ask for better work for the price and it looks brand-new. Thank you.

Got my dads Camry exterior detailed for him as a Christmas present this year, Kermit and his crew did an amazing job at a fair price, I’ve tried other local detailers but I’ll be using apex exclusively now for my twice a year exterior detailing

I would recommend Apex to anyone. Kermit and Co were fantastic. Someone obliterated my windows soon before I needed to turn in my leased car. They procured the windows and made it look like nothing ever happened: D My car was gorgeous and smelled completely new after the fact. Plus, Kermit was in communication every step of the way.

I can't thank Kermit enough for his assistance with my conundrum!

My car died about 15 min from my house-this happening during rush hour-and Kermit L. (a stranger to me) hollered from the car next to me saying he could help me out. My car couldn't hold a charge. I'm a dental student on a budget and have been doing my best to keep this car going but it's constantly a hassle. Anyway, I initially said no thanks but he insisted and came back 10 min later with a battery of some sorts to keep my car running as he followed me home. The battery died 3 min from my house and he helped me tow it (me driving his own car) the last little way. He wouldn't let me give him any compensation. I haven't been to this auto place yet, but I'd 100% recommend checking it out just for the kind people alone. Thanks Kermit so so much for saving me from a 3 hour AAA wait.

I recently got a complete detail package from them. It took slightly longer than I was initially quoted, but they had a loaner car for me to use for work so it was no big deal. Upon seeing my car, it was worth the bit of wait. It looks so much newer than it did when I dropped it off. Inside and out, the car looks revitalized. They did a great job and I will go back if I want more work done in the future.

Kermit always makes my car look better than new. Which is sometimes challenging depending on what kids/grandkids can do to a car. Absolutely love the quality work the team does. Highly recommend this company. Next time I review, I'll try to remember before/after photos. He truly is a miracle worker.

I got an interior detail. This morning I vacuumed my car and nearly nothing came off but when I got my car back tonight it was like brand new! On top of that when I came back my car wouldn't start because of a possible bad starter and he offered to bring his mechanic out and they would fix it themselves. Highly recommend Apex Auto Spa! Great people, great service, and exceptional work. I'm extremely happy I chose them, my cars value likely went up 2k solely because of the job they did. Look no further than here if you want an exceptional detail to your car!

I was able to call and have the owner Kermit book my appointment for a few days later. Drop off was easy. I got interior and exterior detailing done. It took about 1/2 a day. They called me to pick up early evening and they did a beautiful job. I had adhesive material melt in the hot sun on my black leather seats in the back and they were able to remove all of it. The car is spotless like new and the exterior work was incredible. I'm very happy with the results and felt it was also a good value and price point for this amount of work. Satisfied!

It's just terrible. Fake prices and horrible service. And they're so rude. I'll never come back to this place. Don't waste your time. Honestly, my car is NOT dirty. I've done this plenty of times with other places with no problem. I guess that's too much to ask for here. Stay away.

I had the inside if my car detailed and they did a fantastic job. Looks better than when I bought it brand new!

This place is just gross. The guy who moved my car smelled like a chain smoker. Now I can't get the smell out of my car.first and last time I come here. I've had better car washes for less than half the price, and I can't believe that people actually like this place, which is unpleasant and reeks of weed.
