My mother lives at the Applewood independent living on Lancaster. I must say the place is going down hill with all the new changes they been doing. My mom would sit for 30 to 40 minutes before she can eat with the. New serving arrangement that they have going on now not very fond with the new executive ED. She doesn't really do anything from what I've noticed and I would come and visit my mother. And you executive director seems really stuck up and mean and has an attitude the other staff are fine they're friendly and the housekeepers do a really good job really outgoing funny girls they really brighten up the place. Extremely hard workers by far they are the hardest working ones there. The place was fine when Sarah was the executive director now everything's so tense and hectic I hear a lot of complaints about the new ED. There's been way too many changes that don't even make sense like the new serving situation 40 minutes to be able to eat the meals that's how long you have to wait before it was so quick I don't see the point of the change other than that everything else is good
