22After coming out and opening the door to the refrigerator and not finding a serial number they said they cant work on it. They also said they could not find the model #. Its on the front of the unit! @@ wow how lame are you.why not slide the unit out and look a little harder. Or look at the part that's broken it has a part # on it and replace it!
I tried to use this business, as referred by Samsung. But, they made excuses for two weeks, told me they'd call me within 48 hrs and didn't call me for 9 days, only doing so after I left them a voicemail and emailed them. And, they called me with the same excuses. Absolutely terrible customer service.
Never sent an invoice and then sent me to collections! That's a violation of the fair credit reporting act. Notice needs to be given.
Service is the problem, they rescheduled for a week later then the day of called and rescheduled again for a week later!
Got a new refrigerator that worked for 5 days. Manufacturer sent out this company which was very professional. What I liked is that the tech that came out to diagnose was the same one that brought the parts when he came back out to fix.
Took three tries to get the right part, evidently they were sent the wrong part, so not their fault. Installed correctly and works great now.
This is an amazing company! They work through a massive work load & yet still get the job done so well. In particular, Christian came to our house & fixed the appliance issue without breaking a sweat. AH provides the best of service.
The BEST! I spoke with Janet on the phone regarding warranty work on a fridge. She went above and beyond to check with a technician to find out ahead of time that the service wouldn't be covered by the manufacturer. Her time saved me hassle and additional expense. I would highly recommend this company as being honest and treating me like a valued customer, even though I've never paid them a dime. It's nice to find a company like this. Thank you!
We had Brad to repair a fridge and he did a great work. However, it was some small leaking after that and Brad came again and fix that for free, explaining that this leaking could be because of his last repair. Not many people would do like that - it was very simple to tell that this is a new issue and charge more money, but he was very honest. We are very thankful to Brad and Appliance Hospital for good work and honesty.
They didn't show up on the day scheduled by General Electric. They didn't call me until the scheduled day of service to tell me they couldn't be out that day and couldn't come out until the following month.
We have had Dennis from Appliance Hospital take care of a number of repairs in the past few years. He is always prompt, courteous and efficient about his work and takes care to get things done correctly. In addition, the customer representatives I speak with on the phone make sure they understand the problem, get parts ordered, and keep me advised of timing for the visit (my last contacts were with Anthony who did a great job). We highly recommend Appliance Hospital!
The “Doctor”, Riley, that came to service our Samsung dryer was very punctual and professional. He arrived with a knowledge of the problem and a solution to fix it. He was very efficient in his work and very tidy, with cleaning up when he had finished the job. My dryer is running as if it were new again. Thank you so much!
Expect long waits, incorrect diagnoses, them to cancel/reschedule appointments after you have taken the day off to let them in. All in all, expect lies, deception, and poor service.
Don contacted me and indicated a more precise time of arrival! He showed up as indicated asked me a couple of questions, and knew immediately what was wrong with my fridge! It’s only been a few days but everything seems to be back to normal. I will keep Don’s card for future referrals! Thank you!
The office didn't call me the day before so I wasn't home when "Doctor Jeff" called to say he was coming. But he was flexible and it worked out for him to come a little later when I could get home. He figured out the problem in just a few minutes and the ice maker is working now.
I had an outstanding experience with ABC Appliance Repair and specifically with "Doctor Todd". He was courteous, extremely professional and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Additionally, I was on a very tight schedule and he met when exactly when I was a available. 5 Star Operation!
Janet was fabulous in getting me booked quickly, as I had a load trapped in my washer. Jim was my repair man and he was very calming, professional and nice. I appreciated the service and the people!
I wanted to share a wonderful experience I had with (doctor) William. He was prompt and courteous, dx the problem quickly and ordered the part. He returned in a few days and had my oven back working in quick order. He went above and beyond the call of duty.
The repairman was very experienced and professional - clearly he had serviced my makes and models of appliances before, so he knew exactly what likely was wrong, and what parts needed to be ordered and installed to resolve the problems. Neat, tidy, well-mannered, professional in every sense of the word. Clearly a knowledgeable and competent fellow who took pride in providing excellent service and good workmanship.
I had a small issue on a big name product. The person who came out to inspect was very professional and quickly dealt with contacting the manufacturer.
