This place is the worst, no wonder why my union uses them. Use this company only as a last resort. I'm going on a month now, and still no equipment. I'll probably die in my sleep before I get it. The owner asked me for my name and information, if the owner read my review which is right up there, he or she could look me up on their system.

I've never experienced any problems whenever I have contacted your company. Their service department has always been prompt at alleviating any concerns with the rented equipment, and any orders that I've placed have been delivered, at most, two days placing them. Thanks

Horrible customer service. One star is being too generous. I returned a call from Jessica on 8/15. Was told by guy that answered phone he would have her call me right back. Called again five minutes before they closed and explained I needed to talk to her today to see what my insurance said as I would not be able to return her calls during the week at the job site I would be at. He then told me she left at 4: 30. When I inquired that I thought she would call me back like he said, he got very rude and said they were busy. I explained I realize that and was put on hold initially for 8 minutes with no one ever coming back after the initial “Apria, hold”. I explained short staffed or not that’s bad customer service to not even find out why someone is calling before putting them in indefinite hold. In the middle of my talking, he interrupted to say phones are busy and then click he just hung up on me. I will utilize a company that values their customers more than this one. I have also made the doctors office that referred me to them aware of their horrible customer service.

I will not rent from Apria again. It took me WEEKS to get a staff member to rent me a wheelchair because she never followed up on it. I probably called seven times to try to get this taken care of. I won’t do it again!

This is the WORST customer service center with April Healthcare. Very unprofessional, rude and has no interest in the clients. All they are interested in a ripping off medical insurance companies. I was denied the right to speak with a manger. A formal letter will be sent to their corporate office sharing the details of my experience. Stay away from this office.

Do not do business with Apria Healthcare. You will strongly regret it. They have some truly shady business practices and a few practices that are illegal under Ohio law. I am currently working with a lawyer to get a refund they owe me for illegally and incorrectly charging my credit card without authorization.
Also, their customer service is non-existent. They're billing dept.is a series of long hold times, excuses, and getting the run around for two hours without a resolution. They're escalation dept.is a joke. It's where billing complaints go to die. They flat out ignore you. Apria is hands down the absolute worst business I've ever had the extreme displeasure of doing business with. No company should be allowed to operate like this or treat paying customers with such fraudulent disregard.

Absolute WORST customer care. They drop the ball on orders, then don't follow up. Ordered supplies a month ago, called there 3 times, each time they needs this or that information. Gave them information, still no supplies delivered because they needed still yet more information.did anyone bother to call me? NOPE, so supplies not sent and order just sits there. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
