Had a wonderful pedicure with Kami! She was so friendly and welcoming even though I was a little late for my appointment. My feet feel great and she did an excellent job with my nails. Will be back! ️

Amazing place and great service. I have been coming to Tiffany specifically and I have had beyond exceptional service. First off the salon itself has a wonderful atmosphere and staff. They are so friendly and offer tea and water every time I come in. I came to Tiffany specifically for blonde balayage and a general lighting of my hair overall. I was very nervous! I had not done any sort of treatment to my hair for a very long time and was wanting to preserve the current healthy state of my hair as much as possible. Tiffany was great throughout this process and was so patient with me. She made sure to fully explain and educate me on the best ways to care for my hair amd answer any questions I may of had. At the end of my appointment I was stunned. She had done a phenomenal job and I was in love with it! She made sure to explain to me that she had found old color in my hair that I have not told her about during our consult (because I forgot about it myself) and explained to me that the color was slightly off due to the previous color treatment in my hair. I was still in love with it but appreciated her expressing it to me and being fully transparent about the situation. Before I left I purchased a shampoo and conditioner. They are pricey so be ready for that, but I personally, wouldn't expect a high quality salon product to be on the cheap side. I followed the advice Tiffany gave me for my hair and it has improved SO MUCH! I am constantly getting compliments on the color. Today was my second balayage appointment with her and my hair looks even better than the first time. Trust her progress, listen to her advice, and she will get you your dream hair

I find it very odd that my original review seems to have been deleted. That’s not ok. I had my hair done here by Tiffany. I was hounded to buy extremely expensive products, then charged over $400 just to end up with hair that had auburn roots and purple ends. I asked for black roots with silver ends. This was nearly one year after this same stylist gave me a horrible haircut at another salon. I cannot comment on the salon as a whole but I’d stay away from this stylist if I was you.

Love this shop! Tiffany Cline literally saved my hair and provided excellent customer service and her recommendations saved my hair. I would highly recommend my professional services to anyone.

Wonderful experience. Went there with my daughter-in-law. We both asked for the same facial treatments and our experiences were somewhat different. I had a.warm bed & relaxing music. She did not. We both liked the treatments though and the products applied. The price is reasonable. Nice to have something like this in the neighborhood.

I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure experience with Kami. Her touch is on the gentle side which was refreshing. She’s very professional and the ambiance of the salon is most soothing. I definitely recommend Aqua Salon & Spa if you’re looking to pamper yourself!

After my awful first experience, I got a call and the apologized for the way I was treated and offered me a complimentary pedicure. It was much better than the first one (quality and experience). I’m not a big fan of the way the chairs are set up though, it’s not a comfortable way to get a pedicure.

The nail tech started out by saying she doesn’t like doing nails anymore and that the new receptionist accidentally booked me with her. Then she rushed through the pedicure and didn’t rinse off the scrub very well and the massage was more of a gentle rub. I asked her if I could do gel, and then she said she could but it takes longer…. Sooo? She then told me that her and gel aren’t friends, so the other nail tech would have to finish with her client and then paint mine. Then she took off her gloves because she was hot, so I asked if she normally wears them and she replied by telling me that she only wears them now because she isn’t used to doing nails anymore and that touching other peoples feet grosses her out. Terrible, terrible service.

Aqua Salon and Day Spa is beautiful! The new owner is a delight. I am excited for their new Estheticians to start in November.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this salon. I went in to get my hair colored before I went on a vacation. My usual stylist was booked so I decided to do some searching and I found aqua because of its good reviews. I booked with one of the girls named Cassie who no longer works there for a balayage. I have had my hair colored and bleached before so there was some blonde already in it. I asked her to add some caramel, and red in my hair to warm it up, and blend in my roots and the blonde so it all melted together and looked natural. She then instead did highlights all the way up and did a shadow root but used a much darker brown than my natural color which will be very obvious once it grows out which is not what I wanted. She then toned it with an orangey color that left my hair looking very orange after about 2 washes. The color looks uneven and honestly no different than it did when I went in. She also damaged my hair so badly. She left me under the hot blow dryer for about 45 minutes and my hair is so dead. It’s breaking off and impossible to shampoo condition and brush. Very unimpressed with this salon. I attached the color that I wanted and then also what I walked out with. Looks no different and nothing like the photo.
