Great homes. Been in mine going on 10 years. House is still in excellent condition.

Average, very average. Been in one 17 years (original). Have stayed in it not because it's great just too much a PITA to move. But overall average. Contractors were put under a time clock to complete work during construction, being forced to prioritize schedule over quality. We still see evidence of that years later. Can you do worse? Sure. For the money at the time, buying an Arbor Custom Home was a reasonable compromise.
