Arby's, Troutdale OR

Great customer service. The food was average fast food but came out hot. The service was outstanding, which is something I really appreciate! Clean inside and restrooms. Thank you Mary for your sweet smile and service

I come in often, and am always impressed with a courteous employee (not always the same one) who not only remembers my name and order but genuinely is happy to see me! Love this place! You will too!

The lady that took our order, wearing a dungeons and dragons hoodie was super friendly. We had a short wait for our jalapeno poppers so she gave my son an apple pastry. She was engaging us in conversation and was a total boss. Give this woman a raise! And the food was amazing. And I really am not an Arby's fan. But this amazing person changed my mind. I will be returning frequently as the service, the food and the general way we were treated was a breath of fresh air compared to many of the other fast food establishments around here.

This location never fails it's customers. They are prompt to take your order and they are fast. Also, very friendly. And the food is great!

I had to sit in the drive-through for about 3 minutes before I said hello can I order please and then once I got up to the window the lady was really rude I gave her a $50 bill she didn't count my change back and then she shut the window in my face and walked away. An elder lady. Horrible customer service and I'll probably never come back to this arby's because I'm all about customer service I work in the food industry. It's a good way to lose business just saying.

Waited in line 26 minutes to get a #1 combo, when i got to the window i overheard one of them re use food from a doordash order to move me out and my food was cold.

Super slow service, sauce dispenser was empty, and when I alerted staff I was handed to-go packets that were sticky. Yuck.

We stopped to grab a small bite, restaurant was clean, staff was super pleasant always a plus. We got one kids meal so it was ready quickly (much appreciated) and fresh.

We experienced some issues with service during our visit. I reached out to management and they got us all taken care of. I appreciate the care they took to make the situation right. We will be back.

Haven't had Arby's in almost 2 years I go there tonight and ordered my food plus 8 piece bite peppers got home and got the 5 piece not happy on that but the food is still good

The old white lady that I assume is the manager is nasty and mean spirited. I have been there 2x and both times her treatment of me and my party was unacceptable. She should not be allowed to keep her position if in fact she is the manager.

Mary and her involvement with the Troutdale store has us driving past the 82nd location to see her and the very clean restaurant and happy crew. We are happy to eat inside again and to see Mary. Joe

I love to stop here on my way through the gorge. Curly fries with horsey sauce. It's a splurge but so good! My kids love the Carmel cinnamon shakes.

Stopped by the other day and our food was good and service was reasonably quick. BUT unscrupulous people are living in the parking lot. What kind of establishment allows this? Multiple RVs that clearly have been there longer than a day and taking up many parking spaces. There are signs posted saying it's not allowed but there they are anyway.

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich from here and of course driving down the road, open up the bag and this is what I got. Mostly breading on maybe a 1/4" thick piece of chicken?

Arby's. It took a couple decades but finally had the roast beef sandwich again. Good as always. Even better with horsey sauce. One thing though the drive through takes time. Not as in the line is long but they may be understaffed and takes a bit to get your food.

The woman behind the counter was I am guessing having a bad day. When I informed her that all the sauces were empty at the station and asked for Arby sauce she simply went and grabbed packets and handed them to me. No words exchanged. She did say “ Have a good day” as we departed. I watched her with other customers as they came in and seemingly they were locals and she was much more social with them.

Staff is great. Always pleasant. Great location off the highway for road trips. 4 starts because we've been there twice in the last 2 weeks and gotten the wrong order both times. First time we were still in the parking lot so we got it fixed. Second time we were already on the highway ramp when we noticed.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und wirklich gutes Essen. Aber nun mal Fast food. N bisschen luft nach oben ist noch, aber sonst voll okay.
