Hands down best Arby's I have ever been to. Spotless clean, fast service, fresh food, huge portion of roast beef.
SO DISAPPOINTED! Just walked in craving Arby's and was told they're closed for 30 minutes for a shift change. Never heard of a restaurant doing that. Especially a 24/7 one. Then to top it off, they're helping drive thru customers within 2 or 3 minutes of telling me inside that they're closed and can't help anyone. Bad customer service. Usually I get great service here. What a shame.
Just one person running this place so the service is a little slow but the food is fresh hot and looks just like the advertising. The #1 is great roast beef cheese and seasoned fry's.
Asked for the chocolate shake and got a vanilla shake with 1/2 tsp of coffee and 1 pump of chocolate. When I asked if they got it correct, they said yes, that is just the way it looks. $5 and only drink a 1/4 of it
It had been a few years since I'd eaten Arby's (out of the country for a while) and they do not disappoint!
Arby's is good but a little pricey for what it is. Of course, what isn't nowadays.
Every time I go in there there is something out of stock on their menu. And the last time I went in, their soda fountains where out of order.for the entire building. Which means that the only drinks that they were offering were the expensive upgrades like a milkshake. Also there was only one person working so he had to take orders from the counter and the drive through, then go make the food. Also we paid $7 for fish and got five fish nuggets that tasted really bad. Anyway I like Arby's food when it is done right, but this Arby's doesn't stand up to the other Arby's I've been in.
Was told it would be "15 to 30 mins" before they could take my order due to a "shift change"? Didn't get to eat. Lobby was nice.
Tried this Arbys store a while later to see if the service improved.it got worse. Longer wait time and incomplete order. Can a negative star be assigned?
Arby's is great. Do what you do better than anyone else and stick to it. That's a great business model. Why do I always forget about Arby's when I'm thinking about a quick bite? Less locations? Less advertising? Local involvement? Prices? I.cant really put a finger on one thing.
We had a great experience, we hadn't had the best of luck with restaurants the last few days either the food was horrible or the staff was rude. But not here at Arby's, Alex took our order, he was very patient and answered our questions and made some recommendations. We were just gonna get our food and leave but the atmosphere was very nice. Thank you so much.
