I have been wanting to invest in a plasma table for years and was finally ready. I researched 5 different companies when I started my search. I was impressed to find some of the features available through Arclight Dynamic and then reached out.

It started with a welcoming conversation with Aaron, the sales manager. He helped me go through the options they offered and made it clear for me to understand what I really needed based on what I planned to do with the table.

He did not try and upsell me on anything that didn't fit my needs and even advised against some things I truly wouldn't need.

After some back and forth deciding on different features I pulled the trigger and haven't looked back!

The table arrived on time as promised, packed very well and very clean. The table is a piece of art without turning it on!

After I got my shop adjusted for the table and set up a dedicated compressor the table was ready. I cut out one of their provided test files and it ran flawlessly.

After test files I moved on some 16 gauge. I needed to make some seat frame supports for a Jeep we are restoring. 3/16ths plate was the choice. Simple rectangles with a hole in each. Took me 15 mins to draw it up in QCAD and go through the process to get a Gcode file. Then it cut it out which it did with ease and perfection.

The cut quality is amazing. I tried to get some shots of the cut quality and my phone cam just doesn't do it justice. I have been plasma cutting by hand for years and consider myself good at it. This is beyond what a human can do as it should be. (See images)

The next day I decided to go for test gold and cut out a complex logo out of 3/16ths plate. Other then some errors that I made in editing the vectors it again ran without issue and the cut quality is just impressive.

I have 2 reach outs to tech support for setup clarification. I received a prompt tech support call back both times and the tech support guy knew his stuff. I was able to ask and clarify several things while on both calls.

All I can say it good things about the process from the day I inquired about the table to now. Even the shipping company who delivered the table seemed to hold Arclight in high regard as he said he moves a lot of table for them.

Arclight not only provides great customer service, they also provide extensive information and guidance on getting the table running the way it should.
