Arctic Circle, Woodburn OR

Very poor customer skills, on top of extremely rude and that was a manager. Food was not done right the service is REALLY slow and they are not interested in making things right. I will not be giving them anymore of my business especially since the food is not nearly as good as it used to be.

The fries here are pretty good. And the service here are cool, especially since i know someone who works there

Went to Arctic Circle today. Ordered 2 halibut combos with milkshakes. Asked for tomato to be added to each sandwich. Paid for tomatoes on each sandwich. Got home with our order and discovered there were no tomatoes on either sandwich. Also, something was not right with the tartar sauce. It tasted like white sauce with relish added. Did not taste like tartar sauce at all. Very disappointed.

I applied and when the hiring manager called me he mentioned that he “Facebook stocked me” and continues by saying that he knows my friend and my friend works there when the name that he brought up is someone I don’t know. Very weird, very scetchy. Wouldn’t recommend.

I love coming to arctic circle the food is so good! But I'm only giving 4 stars because my last visit I ordered the fish n chips and they didn't give me any tartar sauce! The way they packed the bag and I was driving I didn't get a good look before I got all the way home. So that was disappointing. Next time jist have to remember to ask for it still love the food

It was a really long wait in line, but had been awhile since we had gone there so was really looking forward to it. I was disappointed they didn't have kid's chicken strips, but chicken rings instead. Thankfully, my son was ok with them. The fries were barely warm so thankfully I had pulled into a parking spot before leaving and was able to call them. They made it right by bringing fresh fries out to me. The wafer cookie in the milkshake was so old tasting I had to spit it out. So overall with the unimpressive taste, temperature, and high price, we won't be going back even though the customer service was good and they honor a military discount there.

I agree with Lana, I never go there because of the rudeness of the workers. So nothing has changed since the last time there. I blame that therefore on management not teaching them customer service. The guy taking overs over the speaker knows nothing about talking to customers and being courteous and nice. Was like talking to a robut. He needs to be put somewhere stocking orders where he’s not seen or heard from. I won’t be back I gave it a chance and nothing has changed in people skills.

So glad I found it. Can't find one anywhere in Portland anymore so imagine my delight when I stumbled upon this store. The staff was excellent. The food was so good just like I remembered. The atmosphere was nice I only gave 4 stars vecause I think more people should've been in the store enjoying the staff and food. What a wonderful treasure tucked away in Woodburn but guess who's already budgeting to make a trip back.

This place was falling apart. The food was disgusting and the people were so rude and tried to pick a fight with me when I returned my food because it was gross and I wouldn't touch it. My kids who wouldn't listen and ate it anyways got sick. The blond behind the counter was evil.stay away! Not good!

They accidentally gave me burger with condiments and tomatoes. I called and drove back and they were gracious and understanding and had it to me quite quickly. I want to thank you all for making it right. Everyone makes mistakes but you all made it right!

Woman working was super friendly. My burger was cooked to perfection. I also had the tiniest ice cream ever lol it was seriously so good. Also, not many places do but they have chocolate and vanilla swirl soft serve! Unfortunately the swirl machine was down when I was there but at least there's a local spot that has it. Way better than dairy queen, worth checking out

They will mess up your order and they will argue with you about it. They have very rude, horrible people working there. Make sure to get your receipt and double check your order BEFORE pulling away from the window. Or better yet, just go somewhere else.

Workers are nice.they feed me and and are nice.yummy good fries.they should get a raise.sariah and lupita and sallye specifically.

So.we don't normally go to Woodburn and we thought.yeah Arctic Circle! Too bad so sad.it was a complete and total waste of money. Our order was shorted 2 full orders of fries and there was no dressing for the salad included. So, when I called to ask what the heck, first I was told the salad sitting in front of my mother in law had not even been made that day, then when it was admitted that the salad did indeed exist. I was informed that people have to request dressing if they want any? ! What? Like, for real? Ok cool.so my suggestion is to save yourself the time and money.but the milkshakes were good.

Food is ok but the service is soooo incredibly slow. It took them 20 mins to make my 2 burgers.

Was an exceptionally loaded workday and initially planned to get dinner, but they have a yummy milkshake list which was untried by me. BlackBerry cheesecake milkshake OhMyGooses! And the service was top notch thru drive thru. Arctic Circle is still great as an adult and brings back loving childhood memory of now deceased brother who gave me Arctic Circle bird bank so many many years ago. I highly recommend everyone support this local business with your family dining experiences, you won't regret it.
Update review per request: Highly recommend supporting this business.prices have skyrocketed everywhere BUT NOT HERE. I appreciate Artic Circle and I will continue spending my money here.

I love Arctic circle. I might be partial though because it brings back so many memories of my youth. Plus they also have amazing milkshakes.
