7 months ago I got my diamond replaced here. I had my wedding ring for over 7+ years without cleaning it often (bad, I know) Well after 7+ years it fell out and I chose to get it replaced through insurance at Ari, we wanted to go local. I got it replaced, 7 months later- it fell out. I have searched and searched, it had to of fallen out at my office, we have had people helping us look- its gone. My husband and I are finally having our honeymoon after 8 years of being married and I won't have my wedding ring. I went back to Ari when it fell out, again 7 months after it was replaced and he said "sorry, nothing we can do. ". His setting only lasted 7 months, THATS INSANE! He said I must of been too rough on it. I have an office job, I don't sleep with it, I don't shower with it and some days I forget to put it on. Any setting should last more than 7 months! He said that next time the progs need to be thicker and bigger.shouldn't he have done that when he replace it!? Guess, it is Shane & Co.for now on.

When we walked in for the initial consultation he was able to identify key elements of my engagement ring that left me feeling confident we were in good hands. My (bride) wedding ring was designed to fit with both my engagement ring and with my ring guard that surrounds it and I'm very pleased. He then designed the groom's ring with twists to compliment mine. We were shown 3D images and printed replicas of our rings to try on prior to committing to a final design that really helped visualize the final product. He stayed in constant communication with us surrounding the build of the ring and was truly invested and interested in not only the success of the project but our happiness with it. Thank you.

Amazing! Over the last several years we have been going to Ari, after a friend recommended them. They do it all, new wedding rings for our son, creating a beautiful charm bracelet for my wife, sizing, watch batteries, cleaning. Customer service is wonderful and I highly recommend them for anything you need!

I walked in one morning nine days before my 25th anniversary with a sketch of a ring I wanted to give my wife. By the end of the day with Scott’s help we had pretty much finished up the design. He said they were about three weeks out but would do their best. Turns out that they got it done by our anniversary. Under promise and over deliver baby. That’s how you do it. This whole process was a bunch of fun and was made all the better by Scott’s enthusiasm, laid back professionalism, and excellent communication skills. Ari’s will get all my future jewelry business. The best jewelry place in Portland. The owners, Scott and his dad are very experienced and genuinely nice people. They have been in the business forever and know what that are talking about. Beautiful diamonds and great customer service. Pleasure working with them. Highly recommend this place!

Scott is amazing. He made my wife’s engagement ring and then a year later made the attached wedding band. My wife didn’t want to go the traditional (cookie cutter) route and found a picture of the ring she wanted. It was different/detailed and Scott was able to reproduce it exactly using only a picture. He provided 3D drawings of the ring and allowed as many revisions as I wanted (I didn’t require any revisions) before he created the physical ring. Not only did I save thousands, but my wife got exactly what she wanted. I would definitely recommend Scott to anyone looking to buy an engagement ring. Find a picture of what you want, send it to Scott, and he’ll recreate it exactly.

My (now) Fiance and I came in with little to no knowledge on wedding rings or jewelry in general. Scott was so amazingly helpful and explained everything clearly and taught us a lot.   From the options on style, setting, color, cut, clarity, cost (and more) until we felt totally comfortable making a decision.
