Anna was fantastic, i highly recommend her! It was my birthday, and she took extra time to give me an amazing pedicure and also did my nails.

Tracy is the best ever! Always does the best job! Always so creative! She is super talented loving caring! Aria nails had the best service ever! I have been going here for 6 plus years and get treated so wonderfully! They go out of there way to help me!

I used to be a customer of this place for many years. My most recent two experiences have been horrible. The manager and couple of staff were very rude. One of the staff who did my pedicure seemed to have absolutely no training in doing nails. She was learning from the manager on the spot not to mention how much I was charged for the horrible job that she did. I do not recommend this place.

I have been here 3 x. & was happy with the 1 lady. This time I made an appt for 11: 30am with same person. They say she is behind (I think they overbooked her). I go next door til noon as she will be ready then. Fine. I come back at noon. I have another appt in Bvtn at 1: 45. Front desk did the water in bowl, I seat myself. Bubbles aren't on & barely warm water. I think well, she will come back & turn bubbles on & add hot. How hard is it to stop looking at your magazine & say - "How's the water? Let me turn it on. So & so will be right with you. Would you like some ice water? "?
I can see my lady still working on nails. 2-3 ladies milling about. Can't catch anyone's eye. Should I yell out - Hello! Excuse me! - Well I sat there & was patient until 12: 25! Then I dried my feet. Put shoes on, gathered my stuff. As I walked past the front desk, the devoid of personality girl, reading her magazine looked up. I said - You didn't even check on the water, turn bubbles on or anything. I am leaving. As I walked to car I saw the man that works/owns come out like to speak to me but I avoided eye contact & left. I will not be back.
Another thing, the waitstaff at the bakery said her relative got fake lashes done there one time & got an eye infection. They denied wrongdoing to them. This is a place I will not refer anyone to & will tell my friend I had referred to not go to. Just too bad.

I have been getting my dip manicures and pedicures at Aria for several years and have never had a negative experience! Everyone I have encountered is friendly, professional and always striving to do their best!

I had an appointment for a classic manicure for myself and my daughter. It was supposed to be a fun girl activity in preparation for a family wedding. Unfortunately, it was quite a disappointing experience. They were running behind, so they didn't start us until more than 20! Minutes after our appointment time (I could understand 10 min, but 20 is excessive. The whole appointment ended up taking about 1.5 hours). Then, I had a very specific color polish picked out to match the dress I was wearing. The polish was old and dried out, which was apparent when she put the first coat on and it was all clumpy. Nevertheless she just said she would "put on more coats. " It ended up looking terrible, and she offered to start over with a different color. At that point we had already wasted a lot of time due to starting late, PLUS there were no other colors that would match with my dress. I just kept it, and there was no opportunity to come back for a re-do since the wedding was the next day. The whole thing was a waste of time and money, and NOT a fun experience with my daughter, unfortunately.
