The employees were great and very helpful, my girlfriend and I had no clue what we needed done or the anything and they helped us without an issue.
I love this store! It has a very friendly atmosphere and there's a sense of community and solidarity as cyclists. The price of having your bike fixed is a great deal (they installed a new inner tube for me for $15 TOTAL, including the cost of the replacement). They also have some books on PNW cycling and a good selection of gear. Arriving By Bike is the go-to bike shop in Eugene!:)
Was told by a co worker you guys discriminated today towards a man of Latino origin, well let me tell you. After stopping by several times in the last couple months, I will no longer give my service to a store like this
