The wait was only about 20 min. No problems at check in for my blood draws and the young lady who did my blood draw was gentle and got it done quickly.

Signs to find the Sleep center lacking seriously. Took me 20 minutes trying to find where they are.

The Phlebotomist that I had that day did an amazing job, The rest that worked there at that time were extremely nice as well. I personally wouldn't go anywhere else for testing. Their the best!

Called with a completely unrelated question (a different dept that isn't open at the moment), Wendy was amazing and tried finding a solution for me, even though she didn't have to. Much appreciated!

The building is easily found. Inside the signage for each department is quickly found posted on the walls. Disappointed that only ONE person was available to register all the patients who were waiting in a VERY LONG LINE. She was professional as was the phlebotomy tech. Improved service over my recent experience on Murphy Road lab.

This is a busy lab, but the employees are all helpful and professional, and the phlebotomists are all good at what they do.

Had an order from my dr from crescent city showed up for my husband to do a test and they checked him in then told him the order they recieved was canceled yet it doesn't expire until December and they want us to call the Dr on a Saturday to get it faxed over yet it's closed.so that makes no sense. Drove 2 hours for nothing. Horrible service!

If they had a numbering system we could have waited in comfort till called up to sign in

The check in process is about as fast as the dmv…. This is the 3rd time I have tried to get my blood drawn. The line is out in the lobby, one person to do all the check in. You might want to add a few more.

The only reason for the four out of five stars is because sometimes you have to wait awhile because they are so busy.

Very nice place to eat. Management removed the tables so that customers have no place to sit. Patient care is important and having a place to enjoy a meal does alot for patient moral. The decision to remove the few tables that were there hurt the patients. Its a great place and the hospital administrator made a huge mistake in damaging patient relations.

Very clean they've dropped the mask mandate so you can walk in like a normal human being I use the labs here and one of my doctors is here there is also awesome sandwich shop well worth getting a sandwich and grabbing a snack to go

These people went above and beyond to help me. I was at the wrong site, but they made some phone calls and fixed it to where I could have my MRI at Black Oak that same day. Not only that, they were pleasant about it. I was already stressed out about the traffic and being a bit late, but they set me at ease

Pleasant front desk assistants. The flabottomists are always incredible, quick, efficient and gentle. Wherever they get their training is spot on and superb! I usually bruise easily but these guys leave hardly a mark. Really great inside the lab.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had I finally got mad and left had an appointment for a CT scan this morning and after waiting for 30 minutes I finally said adios amigos their idea of waiting was standing outside in the lobby and leaning against the wall that's their idea my idea was to go back to my car and leave there are terrible thereit doesn't do any good to have an appointment so if they say be there at a certain time do whatever you want cuz they don't keep their appointments on time if they don't get their stuff together they're going to be in real troubleI can understand why they were so busy cuz they were all behind the counter eating their Christmas fudge like they really needed it
