Superb! Had a 1 1/2 hour massage with Roseann and it was outstanding. Roseann did myofascial release with deep tissue on certain areas and I couldn't be more happy and relaxed! Thank you!

My experience with Shandra for several sessions was amazing! She is so very intuitive, caring, thorough and compassionate! My husband & I are going to miss her knowlege and touch as she is relocating. I am happy for her but sorry we won't enjoy any more massages from Shandra, an excellent therapist. I wanted to take a few days before posting anything, allowing the facility to contact me regarding negative comments on their followup email. Yet no one has contacted me. They make such a point of ensuring client satisfaction on their website, but not the case.

The massage I received, was okay, but there was definitely room for some improvement There were two specific areas I went in needing focus on, making these needs quite clear before the massage. One area was addressed, but unfortunately, one was not. I found there to be too much wasted time and silent massage, on other areas than I would have liked. I also mentioned that I am uncomfortable in the face down position, since having a mastectomy. I was ensured that she would do most of the massage face up, yet I did not experience this to be the case. She ran out of time, once I was face up, and the front of my legs were not addressed at all. This was an area I really needed to be worked on. Listening to clients, and having clients feel that they are being heard should be equally important as the massage itself.

As a senior I came to Chrysalis Massage because of some continuing shoulder pain and hip pain. Tristan listened to my concerns and tailored our session to address those pain areas. He was professional, understanding, and thorough. The massage was deep and Tristan certainly knew where and how to work those areas! I left feeling much better. I will definitely be back! Thank You.

Today I had a wonderful 90 minute massage from Jess. Her touch was perfect and very healing. I had foot surgery a few months ago and need to pamper my body after the trauma of surgery and using a leg scooter. From head to toe I felt my body being pampered and restored. Thank you Jess. Lorene

The Ashland Institute of Massage is a hidden gem. I have been receiving massage there for many years now, and am never disappointed. The staff, teachers, massage students and licensed therapists are dedicated professionals. Communication is clear and efficient, and services are top-notch. And, pricing truly is "community-friendly"! I highly recommend AIM.

I arrived stressed and with an ache in my hip but after an amazing massage from Shandra Ann, I felt like a million bucks!
