Excellent assistance by Brandon. I knew what I wanted, he helped me find it immediately, and his processing of the purchase was super.

I went to this store to order a sectional. The rep was helpful and let me know the one I picked out was in stock and could be delivered a little over a week from the day I bought it. I chose a delivery date that was 2 weeks out. The day before my sectional was supposed to be delivered I still hadn’t heard from them so I called their customer service. I first waited on hold for 40 minutes only for someone to answer and then immediately hang up on me. I tried their chat feature on their website and the person helping me took 10 minutes to respond to each of my messages and didn’t even finish the conversation before they left the chat. My sectional won’t be delivered for another 3 weeks. I am very frustrated about the delay and the fact that no one reached out to me to let me know about it. Very bad customer service.

Exceedingly poor integrity at this Ashley’s. We chose the 20th of March for our delivery and was guaranteed that in the store. They also told us that the item we purchased was in the warehouse. The day before the 20th we had received no call so we were forced to contact them. Turns out the item was never in their warehouse and won’t arrive until the 8th of April. So why did we even choose a date to begin with? What is so hard about letting us know that our delivery is delayed? We should be able to expect better from a company as large as Ashley’s. Truly pathetic and predatory practices by the employees at this location. Shame on all of you!

I will never shop here again. I was supposed to get my stuff in January and didn't get it until March. They forgot 2 pieces and told me I didn't pay for them. They since found the 2 night stand tables and I will have them in Tuesday allegedly.

The worst customer service, follow up, and liars. District manager is even worse, we are still waiting on resolution, it’s been 6 months. My mother is a senior citizen and I’d call what they are doing senior abuse. Horrible horrible company.

Leilani is amazing! She is so patient. I have been in and out of the store every weekend for more than a month. After more than 20 years, I have decided to spend my tax returns on some new furniture. She has helped spark new ideas and I have FINALLY made up my mind. Thank you Leilani, I will be referring you to anybody in need of new furniture and wanting to avoid high pressure salespeople!

Furniture buying was never this easy! Seriously! So much to choose from, great value (especially with 20% off sale), low delivery fee, etc, etc, etc.

If you need/want new furniture, go see Chelsea. She is amazing! She truly cared about us and made sure we were happy with our choices. Thank you Chelsea!

Thanks to Tim we were able to conquer most of our shopping for our new home. He was so nice and patient with us, we had him running all over the showcase room for our specific needs. Thank you Tim. We will be back for the upper part of the home.

Sales folk here didnt even make contact when we walked in. I guess we werent dressed to impress. Never got any help or acknowledgement that we were in the store. Worst service ive experienced in a furniture store. We went to Mors instead to purchase our bedrooms and living room sets.

Buying experience was wonderful until we went to pick up pur couches an hour away from home.got them home and they were damaged! Called to get new ones and want us to pay the delivery fee or take them back to exchange them! After paying 2000 dollars for couches the least they could do is pay the delivery fee! I am so upset! And will never nuy from Ashley again!

They were soooooo rud! My Mom, a friend, and I went to look for a new couch. We walked in and passed 6 employees and not one said hello! A new worker who it was his first day today was so nice and did his best to help us. However this store is over priced and dose not have a lot of options! I will never go back and will tell all my friends! 1 star is one to many!

I really enjoyed coming in and purchasing a sofa! Kelly was great on showing me all different options and really listened to me as I am sooo picky! I am very satisfied with my purchase and I cannot wait to bring it home!

This is a good furniture store in south of Portland. We tried other furniture store in Beaverton and Hillsboro. But, This one has a decent collection of living room and dining room furniture. They have a good collection of recliner sofa with in reasonable price. The places like Dania are so expensive compared to this one. We would definitely buy from here.

They have a great selection, nice things. We we're satisfied with that, but we were sadly disappointed at how misleading they were on what day the warehouse was closed to pick up our furniture. Not to mention how hard to find it was. I had to take 3 hours off work, wasted my time trying to call with no answer all day. Not a good thing.

The sleeper sofa I ordered is great, but the delivery service was terrible. They showed up an hour early and gave me attitude for not being there the moment they pulled in. On top of that scratched my hardwood floor and left without putting the legs on the sofa. They left so fast if I had been inclined to tip them, I wouldn’t have had the chance! Really disappointed with the service when the people in the store were great.

Hannah was our saleswoman when we were looking for new bedroom furniture and she was the epitome of customer service! She knew all of the various styles and wood types we needed and was willing to order special so we could match our unique bedroom decor! She offered us a great deal and even qualified us for long term financing that really will help us save money! If you go to this store definitely don’t miss your chance to say hi to and/or ask for Hannah, she will make your furniture experience - even your overall day - so much brighter! If Ashley stores are smart they will never let her go and give her a raise immediately! Thank you Ashley stores for hiring Hannah!

We had a great, no pressure experience getting our furniture at Ashley's, that staff was very helpful and let us look around and find what we wanted. We will be going back to get anything more that we need.

I do not recommend this store. At first we had a pleasant shopping experience and liked the sales people, but that was the end of the positive. Check out took well over an hour. They had to enter the purchases in three or four different systems, and run my card four times, and eventually handed me a big packet of receipts which is good because the email receipts all came in blank. They had made a big deal over holding one of the pieces for us so it could be delivered when we were available, and I got a confirmation call and email two days before as promised, but on the actual day they called and said they didn't have our furniture. My husband called the store, dispatch and the warehouse, was on the phone over an hour trying to figure out what was happening, and was assured it would be delivered. The truck showed up with one piece (incidentally the wrong color) and not the other, and a few hours before the time window we were provided. On the next available date they said it still hadn't been received at the warehouse, once again my husband called around and was promised it would be found, and it wasn't. At this point we asked for a refund since they obviously have lost the couch, and three more times we were promised phone calls back that never came. Since a whole week passed, we had already followed up with our credit card company by the time we finally received a call back regarding the refund, and the person who called claimed he hadn't received a single call from us.
