This company is RIDICULOUS! They are rude, even when trying to pay in full, they charge interest without providing updated statements. I received ONE voicemail and ONE letter prior to them filing a small claim suit action for a medical bill that was being disputed with the provider. HORRIBLE

Beware this is collection company business practice.gangster style, old school Gangster collector tactics- break a leg model, charging $$$ high interest that you never pay it off. (thank you for the payment plan- extra payments to the company bottom line).
Even you had agreement payment plan and agent stated this is goal to pay off the debt. Never tells you they will assets a high interest to the debt amount.
