Tuk was very responsive in getting back to my original request. His mobile service is extremely convenient as he came by to the house and upon quick diagnosis, he got right to it. Tuk was punctual, extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I would 100% go back to him again for any trailer-related issues.

Tuck is awesome! He had my hot water fixed in a very short amount of time. And you can't beat his price. I highly recommend Tuck and will definitely call upon him in the future.

I hired Tuck Putnam to do a few repairs on my Toyota Winnebago on May 13,2021 including removing a 15 amp extension cord and installing a 30 amp cord. Unfortunately, he neglected to switch out the 15 amp main breaker to a 35 amp breaker so when I plugged into shore power and turned on my air conditioner while on a trip in July, the converter started smoking and caught fire which was really scary! I had two children in the RV with me who were terrified as was I.

I had another RV repair person assess the converter and the 15 amp main burned all AC connection wires and the two breakers (main and 20 amp). I reviewed the invoice Tuck made no mention of looking at or upgrading the breakers to accommodate the 30 amp cord he installed so it put me in jeopardy and I was forced to pay for all new wiring, all new breakers and a new converter.

I emailed Tuck two times to let him know what happened along with photos of the fire damage but he never responded. I requested a refund to cover the expenses it cost my to repair the fire damage. I find it deeply upsetting and highly unprofessional that he never responded to my emails. I would not recommend At Your Door RV Service ever!

He came to our place quick and was knowledgeable. We made appointment to fix generator the following week, but my wife got sick. We gave 1 day notice to reschedule the appointment by text, voicemail, and from their website. Owner claimed we didn't give him notice when we did, then refused to reschedule or even answer us at all. We were warned about this happening in the past but gave him the benefit of the doubt. Look at previous post to confirm this behavior. Enjoy life as it is too short!

Very friendly and Tuck was very helpful and was able to fix the issue and is willing to fix the awning when the fabric comes in

DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN! He refused to help me because I asked him to wear a mask when entering my motorhome; I'm immunocompromised and COVID could be deadly for me. When I tried to explain my health situation, he yelled at me for buying into "demonic Fauci's lies" and refused to help me with my serious and urgent RV issues (a leak and furnace outage). He just drove off. DO NOT HIRE TUCK PUTNAM!

What a wonderful experience it was to have my work done through Tuck! I wasn't expecting Him to get to me so soon as they were six weeks backed up, but because I had been without electricity for seven weeks already Joann let him know and
He came right away!
Tuck showed up, worked on my motorhome, figured out the problem got what was necessary and returned the next day and finished the
job! ‍️
He charged a very reasonable rate and I'm extremely happy with the work that has been done!?
I am a single woman that has run into many problems with being taken advantage of when it comes to getting mechanical stuff done and getting a fair deal, Its very reassuring to know that now anytime I have something that needs to be done I have a trustworthy mechanic that will get the job done and I will be treated fairly!

I can not thank Tuck enough for helping my daughter out on a Sunday, his day off. I was in Washington and my daughter was using my trailer for her school in Portland when the bathroom sprang a leak again. Of course it would be a Sunday. Thankfully their was a Wonderful gentleman that was willing to give up time with his family to fix the leak. Not only that but he fixed it with the line that should have been in the last time it was fixed.

Great service! Had 2 separate electrical issues with my RV propane furnace and thermostat. Required full removal of the furnace from my Class B campervan for access. Tuck quickly and methodically diagnosed the issues and made the repairs (at my location) and now I have heat again. Very friendly and competent, highly recommend!

I would highly recommend At Your Door RV Service! I was having issues wiring new LED tail lights on my travel trailer. I also was replacing the plug on the trailer pigtail but was having issues with both. It was a Saturday, of course, and I called several mobile RV repair shops in the area not expecting any call backs until Monday.

But I got a text from At Your Door! They were not able to come out but by text I was given some help to be able to fix both of my issues! Great news since I was hitting the road about two weeks later and needed tail lights!

Tuck came to my RV on a Sunday because that was when he had an opening, a scheduled service would have been in November because he is so respected and well-established.
I am a completely new RV owner, my Owner's Manual covered almost nothing and I had several small issues and things I didn't understand.
Tuck arrived, fixed my small problems, showed me how all of the interior switches and plugs work and I now feel like I have control of my living situation, instead of it controlling me.
I also had to leave for an appointment before Tuck was finished; he offered to stay and complete the repairs and, immediately, I felt confident leaving him alone in my RV and knew I would come back to everything working. What a joy!
I almost never write reviews, but Tuck deserves all the praise all of his customers give him.
