I reached out to the staff while attempting to enroll in after-school care, and this was a last-minute decision after my other options fell through. Initially, I was informed that there was an available spot, which surprised me. I was given assurance that I would receive a return phone call or email. However, it has now been several weeks, and I have not received any communication from this institution.

I managed to get in touch with someone, and they reiterated that I would receive a return phone call, but that still hasn't happened. Judging by the reviews and ratings, it seems that this institution may be overwhelmed and possibly lacking sufficient staff capacity, possibly due to reported high turnover rates. I genuinely hope they can improve their situation because stressed and underpaid adults may not provide the best caregiving. Perhaps this missed opportunity was a blessing in disguise.

Our son LOVES Atlas. The faculty and staff are amazing and we feel so lucky to be part of their community.
