Loved the help and advice from these guys! They were a huge help and they have a cool online system so you can see and read all they have to say about your car-great for non car people who don't understand the stuff when they say it verbally and immediately forget like me

Took a truck I just purchased used in for an inspection and service. They did a very thorough inspection and identified a few things needing attention. I like their system for sharing their findings and how you’re able to approve or decline online the work identified.

We had an attempted cat converter theft that left some sensors damaged. Atomic worked us into their schedule the next day and completed repair and installed a converter shield by end of day.

The guys at Atomic did a thorough inspection and diagnostic as instructed. Now I know what maintenance is needed to get the Prius running well again. Thanks a bunch!

They got my car in right away, diagnosed it the same day and it was ready to go within 48hrs. They also quoted me a higher price, but didn’t charge the full amount when they took less time than they anticipated. Overall, very professional, thorough, and honest. Would definitely recommend them

Atomic Auto was awesome, fast, and has a really great system worked out so that everyone involved is able to follow COVID-19 safety guidelines easily. This was my first time using their services, and I will continue to use them from now on! The last time I went to the dealership of the type of car I have, it was sad and disappointing and frustrating and I felt like the employees just wanted to get to the weekend. Atomic Auto is the opposite, got back to me quickly about my car, and I love the option to text them about the issue your car is having even before you take your car in. Being able to communicate by text, and receive updates about your car's issues while it's being look at and then serviced (only after your approval/permission), are features that are above and beyond any customer service of the dealership and most other automotive repair shops I've been to. Their prices are also reasonable and costs of services were shown to me and required my approval before they did them, so there weren't any sneaky or surprise fees. I'm going to recommend Atomic Auto to everyone I know. Oh and when I picked up my car, it was cold lightly snowing out but my car was waiting for me warmed up with windows defrosted /defogged and ready to go! I had texted I was coming to pick it up with an estimated 15 min ETA. Thank you for the great, safe, and fast service Atomic Auto!

This is the 3rd time that I have used Atomic Auto and I'll be coming back. They are quick to respond and I like being able to text with them since I can't always answer the phone. I appreciate their after hours drop off and pick up because it can be tricky to arrange a ride during business hours. Lastly I am thankful for their communication with my insurance adjuster when my Catalytic converter was stolen (turns out that Security patrol at my apartment didn't scare away thieves) and I highly recommend that you get the car shield so you can save yourself a claim. I highly recommend Atomic Auto.

Atomic Auto is the only place I take my 2011 Prius anymore. They are clear communicators, always explain what is going on, and give options and recommendations to fit budget/timeline. Their work is absolutely impeccable and reasonably priced. Simply put; they are the best hybrid mechanics around.

Amazing experience! Super helpful, honest, and clear service. My catalytic converter was stolen and they were able to replace and install a shield within 24 hours at a super reasonable price! Will definitely be going here for any future issues on my vehicle from now on.

Atomic Auto put in a catalytic converter shield on my second gen Prius. They were the best value in town. They were happy to talk through various options, and worked to save me money. I really enjoyed working with them.

I’ve had scheduled service and a Catalytic Shield installed on my Prius here and I love the way these guys do business. My previous experiences at the dealership service center were extremely unpleasant and I left after repeatedly being given the “hard sell” on a ridiculously long list of service my car wasn’t due for. The guys at Atomic Auto are fair, honest and will not insult your intelligence. I will continue to use them for all future scheduled and unscheduled service in the future.

I recently purchased a used Honda Fit and I like to have a mechanic do a full inspection of my car so I have peace of mind that I have a safe, reliable working car. I was recommended by a friend to come here and I’m so glad I did. All communication was done either through text or online. It was so convenient and straight forward with no intimidation or pressure. I’ve had a lot of experience dealing with mechanics and garages, this was the best experience ever! Not to mention the time it took to get my car back! I dropped it off on a Friday with the expectation of getting it back on a Monday or Tuesday (most good garages are super backed up and don’t operate on weekends) I got my car back just a couple hours later that same day! The price was really reasonable, I expected to pay way more. Thanks ya’ll, I’ll be back when I need some help with my lil Fit!

Atomic Auto is great! The folks who work there have always been extremely helpful and informative for me over the last three years I've been going to them with my '05 Prius. I always feel like they're giving me the best informed opinion without trying to sell me something I don't need, and are willing to talk things through with me until I understand the full context of what's going on with my car so I can make the best decision for myself. Prices seem reasonable given the expertise and specialized knowledge that they have, but I haven't been to anyone else in town. Everyone I've interacted with there has been very thorough, kind, and patient.
