When we entered the store the person working with a couple never looked at us or said a word to us. We sat for 15 minutes with no one else in the store. Then a person came out and we told him we need to cancel our service snd he was not very friendly and hardly said a word to us giving us misinformation on how to unlock our phone. We have been customers for over 10 years and we’re treated very rudely.

Extremely happy to be back with AT&T! Hated Verizon, worst customer service. The store in Medford, OR was very helpful and patient. Great experience!

First of all I would actually rate this store "0". This is a long story but please bear with me.

My wife and I are from Illinois. While vacationing in Oregon in July 2022, she needed a new phone. We went to this store and purchased a new phone and changed plans. The sales person said that we could get a better plan, better insurance and free AirPods for just about an increase in monthly bill of the cost of my wife's phone. This included her teacher discount, auto pay and paperless. Our monthly cost was to be about $160/month.

The recent bill is $214. We are being charged $11.00/month for the AirPods. Even if this was removed, our monthly would be $203.

We called the store and asked to speak to a manager. We got someone called "Larry". He said he was not able to look up our account nor honor the free AirPods by removing the $11/month. We asked to speak to his manager. Larry said his manager would call us back. It is now 2-1/2 days later and we have not yet received a phone call.

I have spoken to several people from ATT's Loyalty Program. I now will have to call the Loyalty Program monthly to have them remove the $11.

I will now leave a review/complaint on the ATT site.

People, please be warned about the shoddy practice by this store. Maybe they thought since we live in Illinois that they would never see us again. We travel there yearly to see relatives. We will be stopping in again.

Everyone at the store is friendly and attentive to my needs. It was a quick experience and a lot was done in a very short time. I’m very pleased.

I was helped immediately. The employee that helped me, put my new screen protector on my phone and I was very happy with his service. He was extremely polite and efficient.

Props to Darius Hall. Fantastic employee; he help me get set up with an account, discussed my options and got me the best deal I could’ve possibly gotten. Got a brand new phone out of it, and credit! Sure knows how to treat his customers.

Can in to upgrade our phones/plan. Jordan was quick and efficient, also he was very adept at making sure other customers that came in were acknowledged and queued without my feeling like he lost his focus on my order. Very pleased, thank you Jordan J!

Had a great experience trading in my black berry and getting the insane upgrade to a flip phone 3 by Samsung! Very happy with my experience. Jordan was very helpful.

I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by Darius. No wait what so ever! Darius was incredibly helpful and great at giving explanations to my long list of questions. Within a short time I was able to walk out of the store as a very satisfied customer. If you need help ask for Darius, he is patient and very knowledgeable.

I could not be more disappointed, frustrated, and quite frankly appalled with our experience with our sales representative. Specifically with Larry. He completely took advantage of us and up charged everything he could while signing up with AT&T for service. Not only that, he quoted us for multiple plans and without consent or showing us, signed us up for the most expensive plan and MANY MORE add on’s. He completely lied to us. Our bill was expected to be $160 and we received a bill for $422. This is completely unacceptable and inexcusable. We went back to confront him and he still continued to lie with an excuse of “I work long hours here, I don’t remember what I say to different customers. ” He also continued with “I don’t like to give customers quotes because their bills may be plus or minus a specific dollar amount. ” I caution everyone who walks into that store signing up for service, looking for a new phone, etc. During my time in the store, I saw many elderly people needing help with their phones, plans, etc. I worry Larry and his sales team may be taking advantage of all customers and I am concerned for all elderly people who come in alone. We finally got our bill figured out when we called customer service and they were very helpful. Even the customer service representatives mentioned what a “bad person” this was and admitted he was trying to sell us everything the could. Beware.

The sales rep, Larry was absolutely the best rep the ever helped. Super informative, answered all my questions, and helped me understand my phone more. I live an hr away, there are stores in between, but since this experience made my day, I might drive further to see him. Thank you.

I went in and asked them to upgrade my phone using a promotion where I could save up to $500 with a trade-in early upgrade. I showed the man the information and he proceeded to tell me he could not figure out how to use the promotion. He very rudely dismissed everything I said, he wouldn’t even look into the promotion that very clearly applied to my phone plan. I drove to the AT&T ten minutes away on northgate plaza and they answered my question, upgraded my phone, applied the $500 off promotion in less than 45 minutes. They told me that there was no reason he shouldn’t have known the answer, because all he had to do was log in and the information was on the first screen. They said he clearly just didn’t want to do the extra work to look. Skip this location and go somewhere else where they know what they’re doing and won’t waste your time.
