AT&T Store

The assistant manager was great. Two other employees were rude and extremely unhelpful. They were unable to simply transfer contacts and photos from one phone to another. Ridiculous

Absolutely worst service I have ever received. Screwed up the order then they can't change it unless I drive 2 hrs to their store. Online service also bad and worthless as well.

We were visiting the area for a Dr appt when my phone locked up. We went here hoping to get some help. They were very busy but the store manager Christopher stopped what he was doing to help us. It took him a few minutes but he got my phone working again, guess it was some software glitch. Anyhow, I can't thank him enough! Great service.

Very disappointed with the customer service I received today. Left without finishing the transaction. Didn’t get his name as I was so frustrated. Usually get good service at this store so I was surprised!

Had a great experience at this store the guys in there are very knowledgeable we’re able to fulfill my expectations with what I needed this is diffently one of my favorite att stores other then the brookings store.brookings will always be number 1 in my heart but diffently love these guys here.there probably so good because the manager kit came from brookings.thank you guys!

Last three times I've been to the new location has left me never going back to the store. Went to buy a flip 4 wouldn't sell me it unless I upgraded my line to a unlimited line, told me the phone wouldnt work on my current plan, ended up ordering from online att and activated it and is working on my current plan.today the phones hinge was broken bent (Samsung Galaxy flip4 don't recommend 17 days old never dropped) they refused to even look at it told us to take it to a repair shop. Nothing they could do after 14 days. They didn't even try to get Samsung to fix it like they did to my note 10+ witch they got fixed for me.ended up talking to Samsung for and hour and they are fixing the phone. They also asked about my carrier and I told them what they did and they were even shocked.f this store never going back

Friendly pros! Justin sure knows how to treat a man right. I was confused with my tech, but he showed me the way and really got my juices flowing again!

I came into the Coos Bay, OR location after having lots of issues with other companies and a broken phone. Justyn was incredibly charismatic and professional, and made every possible effort to get me a new phone while working with my requirements. He and the team deserve a raise, and a huge shout out for getting me set-up and back up and running. I’m glad I switched carriers, and I love the new phone. Thanks for everything!

I don’t usually leave reviews. This was my first time visiting AT&T here everything was great but thank you Austin for helping and being so patient with us. Took almost 1.5 hours we had a really complicated situation and we left with everything solved.

Guy was really friendly tell me what my best options were showed me the good deals on the speakers talk about phones won't be the best deal but it would be the best phone service I'm thinking

I came in on January 9th 2023 with a very complex situation regarding my lost phone. I worked with Tyler who was incredibly patient and understanding of my situation. He could have easily at any point made my problem not his problem and said he didn’t know how to help. Instead he spent literally four and a half hours helping me through the process. It took that long because of variables outside of his control. He simultaneously helped as many other customers as he possibly could while still being very attentive and kind throughout my situation. Other employees checked in on me as well throughout the process. I found this store to be very helpful and hardworking and will stick with you until the situation is resolved! I’m very grateful.

Austin was so helpful im traveling out of town from alaska and he completely help me set up phone so I don't have to feel insecure traveling anymore what and awesome employee to go above and beyond to assist me

No responsibility was taken for mistakes made by employees at this store when confronted about products we were told we had been given. Now that enough time has gone by, “I don’t know what to tell you” is the answer I was given about how to go about making it right. 5 months later and I still don’t have what I paid for.

Alex was very wonderful today with our new cell phone service we came over from spectrum and Alex helped us with coming over to u guy's we love our new phone's and service

Alex helped us switch carriers and assisted in buying new apple watches, a new phone etc. He helped get us a great discount on everything we bought. He was great and very helpful. He’s a very great, kind and patient employee.

I’ve never had a good experience at a phone store before but I came into AT&T as a new customer and Alex was at the door ready to help me out and he made it such a great and fun experience I will definitely be coming back to see him as well as referring all my friends family to come to Alex, thank you!
