We ordered a phone from this store to be delivered to our business, but the sales rep wouldn't let us verify the address so now we're down a cellphone for 2 weeks while UPS returns the phone due to an incorrect address. We did everything correctly and are punished for an employee's incompetence. Very frustrating.

Used to be a good store. Now it is NOT an AT&T store, but a company in the building in Roseburg that handles AT&T business. Beware of this: you may not be able to do all business on your AT&T account here. Call first. You may have to go to Eugene Oregon. If you do online ordering before going to this store, that may create problems such as trade ins. Beware!

Paula is the most helpful AT&T rep I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is above and beyond helpful and addresses all of our needs with the utmost efficiency. I would recommend everyone in the Roseburg area visit the AT&T store when she is working. And she deserves a BIG RAISE, hell make her the manager.

I’ve always had a pleasant experience with AT&T. The customer service goes above and beyond than other phone companies I have been with. The employees are knowledgeable and always ready to answer even the simplest of questions. Good atmosphere and friendly every time I go in

HUGE rave to Paula, she has been so helpful every time I come into the store. I appreciate her taking the time to sit and listen and have solutions to my problems. Friendly & just awesome human being!

Went into AT&T hoping to switch over from my previous carrier and find a good deal. The store was busy but the employees still acknowledged me and got to me in a timely manner. The sales rep I worked with was named David and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Not too professional that I felt uncomfortable and we were able to crack jokes back and forth. I ended up walking out with exactly what I wanted and MORE. The service is already way better than where I previously went through and I love my new iPhone 14 Pro Max! Definitely recommending AT&T to my friends and family.

Great visit, great service rep, and great help from manager. We asked lots of weird questions and they went the distance to provide answers. Great store.

I have always loved AT&T. But there came a time when I had to shop around and go to all the competitors, NOT because AT&T did anything wrong Let me tell you that without exception AT&T was by far the best in every category! I'm a customer for life! I can’t say enough good things, I recommend you go there and find out for yourself!

I have had multiple interactions with associates at this store. Some very helpful and some I am still trying to sort out. I upgraded a line and left the store with multiple add-ons that I never authorized. When I went back to the store to say no, I was told I would have to wait 2 weeks before being able to cancel them. I am spending money on options that I didn't want to begin with! I don't know if the the entire store is trained to operate this way, but it's a seedy way of doing business.

Today there was something amazing that happened. My father had lost his phone and I just had him go to the Roseburg AT&T store, and when he walked in, Paula greeted him and she helped him completely and thoroughly. He must’ve taken her an hour or so, because of so many. That we had brought to her, but she walked right through it and made us feel comfortable the whole way.

Moving to a new iPhone is crazy complicated. We won’t know if it all worked until we get the first bill. Agent at the ATT store was very helpful. Live deal was better than the online offer. I’m a reasonably tech savvy Harvard grad but I can’t imagine doing all this without him.

The sales associate threw my mother's driver's license at her. 80 year old lady.because he isn't a tech and doesn't need to do anything but sell products. Products he does not know how to work! The manager supported the behavior of associate! We changed carriers as they told us they wouldn't careless if people changed carriers.

David Rodriguez at the AT&T in Roseburg Oregon is the best and most professional Tech I’ve ever worked with. David took the time to up grade my I phone 8 to the I phone 13. Then he was able to set me up on midi with a Data plan. After that he helped install the internet to the Winegard Togo 2.0 on my class C motorhome. It was a real pleasure and I can’t thank him enough. I am from Pennsylvania and I can tell you that you never get this quality of service. David did all this in about 2 hrs. Back home it would have taken all day and probably wouldn’t have been done correctly. Thank You very much David!

The line is always frustrating long wait times to get to customer service, tried getting someone by phone to just get a paper copy of my phone bill. On top of all this I was on a family plan needed to establish my own plan of which I did and my phone was free in family plan it wasn't working right sent it in to replace it remember it was free but when I switched to my own plan The phone they sent me as a replacement I'm now being charged for. So fricking much trouble to then pay such monthly bill. I'm sick about it
