The customer service rep was SUPER kind and helpful and didn’t make me feel pressured to do anything, with still also letting me know the options I had. Thank you AT&T for having such a great location with great customer service!

Love my note 20 untra about the most i got to say. My phone bill was 40+$ more than. Originally agreed upon in store per month. But I guess its atat should expect to get yanked for whatever they can get huh.

I was due for an upgrade on my phone, and going in there was very much a relief. I was helped by Juan (who I believe is the store manager too), who went above and beyond in helping me. Although they didn’t have the phone I wanted in stock, he ordered for me and even helped me get it set up. Both of the guys who work here are very helpful and informative, doing everything to help make your experience the best it can be.

The moment I came into this store I was so impressed! I was welcomed by a very nice man named Juan. I was having troubles with bill and he was able to give me a great deal, much less that I was previously paying. He also gave me a great deal on Direct TV, alot less than I was paying for Dish. I would absolutely recommend Juan and this store to anyone!
