A person came up to help us right when we walked in. He answered all of our questions very clearly & clarified anything we needed to be clarified. He was very kind, respectful and extremely helpful towards us. We were so satisfied with the service that was provided for us.

Christina helped me switch over from tmobile and was such a doll. I honestly just came in for a case but then just ended up leaving with everything for lower than what i was paying before. The whole staff was so nice and the store was very clean. I noticed they clean and sanitize after every customer which was a plus for me. She even offered me 20% off accessories which then i used to donate to the American heart Association after she told me about the cause. I highly recommend this store!

Moriah was exceedingly helpful to this non-tech savvy senior. Also, I love the AT&T go phone Plan. Works beautifully in Oregon and Mexico.

Had the pleasure of working with Ben today at the AT&T store at Washington Square mall. Excellent service! Ben helped us look at different plans and the advantages of each and helped us find the right plan for our family! He was great! Would highly recommend working with Ben:)

Had a problem with rotation settings on my phone. Alex was able to make the correction, and I was out and my way in under 5 minutes.

I just want you to know that Scott Clay, one of your sales reps in Oregon is awesome! We went thru a nightmare with Tmobile and he made moving to AT&T easy. Thank you for employing people of integrity and who actually care about their customers.

We went to this at&t Abe Noya helped us to upgrade our phone he was so nice, patient, smart and very helpful.highly recommend him and this at&t store.

Trash store with rude associates. God forbid you want to get out of there at a reasonable time without having to seek someone out to get some help. Go somewhere else. I’ve never been more disappointed in a store before.

Finally found an AT&T store with decent customer service in a very unlikely place. Washington Square Mall. My husband and I were acknowledged right away and given an estimated wait time. The service was fast and friendly. Thank you Chris for making my day better!

The odd thing is that despite the horrific reviews of this place, nothing changes. Its as if ATT knows you are going to buy from them regardless so why bother.

We purchased a Christmas gift based on the salesperson verifying the compatibility of the device to an android phone. It wasn't and we tried to return the item $25.but had to ultimately make an APPOINTMENT just to do the return. At that point it was past their 14 day return policy and despite being sold the wrong item which was never even opened.

The stores reaction.sorry you own it.

If you value your time and sanity, shop elsewhere. Amazon for example. If you want to get a great example of how customer service is dead in America, stop by this place.

I waited almost an hour.the store was so empty. Sunday Morning. I was only addressed once for "check in". They need people that understand urgency and customer service. Sh*tty service. Especially for how much money gets spent here. Makes me want to switch to Verizon.

Update 10/29/2017: BEST AT&T STORE EVER! This is going to be an extremely bias review. But I came into the store today to grab some Justice League posters and this cool Asian representative with nice hair greeted me as soon as I walked in and even introduced himself and shaked my hand. I asked him about the posters and he gave me a couple for free! Although, I was a bit sad that I couldn't grab all 5 of them. But at least I got a couple! Great AT&T store location. They definitely improved themselves compared to my last visit with them.

Old Review: The store here is very unprofessional. I go in and see a bunch of employees talking with each other and playing games. A person comes up to help me after awkwardly standing and looking at them. The guy barely listened to me and was constantly glancing over at another employee to jokey gesture and stuff. Anyway, I came in to ask them if they had a product in-store. It took them FOREVER to find out. The guy had to ask his supervisor to find out, really? ! After spending half an hour in the cramped store, I left with a rotten feeling of nothing. These employees needs to be trained more professionally and be more friendly and helpful. I'm certainly not going to shop at this AT&T in the future.

The process of getting a new phone and switching over from another carrier takes sooooo long. I had to leave and come back twice. I spent over 4 hours to get our new phones. It’s a confusing and timely process. But I am happy with my new phone and the service is already so much better than sprint. It’s worth it to pay more for the better service but the buy back program and buy one get one free iPhone weren’t what I thought it would be. The lady helping us was very accommodating and patient though and if it had not been for her I would’ve left after the first hour. If they could find a way to hash out all the details clearly before starting the process it would be more pleasant for customers. You go in thinking you are getting one thing and leave with another and paying more than you expected. But I’m glad to have such better service than I had before. And i won’t be switching providers again.

Shear incompetence. My old SIM card was transferred to new phone, but new SIM card activated and old card permanently deactivated. Now back to store for 4th time with kids in tow to waste more hours of my life. Thanks AT&T!
