I have been ordering flowers and plants from them for years for a variety of occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) and they've always done a fantastic job! They are great for same-day delivery, and I always appreciate the hand-written thank-you card they send me after each order! Happy to support local <3

I have ordered flowers from Aunt Tilly’s Flower Barn a number of times now and they’ve all been lovely. The arrangements are beautiful and have lasted quite awhile. Delivery is also prompt and on schedule.

I’ve purchased from Aunt Tilly’s Flower Barn 3 times now. The first time I called them directly, the next 2 times I ordered online.

Their arrangements arrive beautiful and well done.

Each time I purchase I receive a hand written card thanking me for using them, along with a receipt.

I work for a company that puts a big emphasis on employee appreciation. A piece of that is sending flowers to employees for celebrating big moments, and sympathy for the hard moments. I always order flowers from local shops for where someone lives. I have used Aunt Tilly's a few times now and each instance has been quick, easy, and without a hitch. They also follow up with a hand written thank you card for making the purchase, and that little step is so nice to see. Great customer service!

At my job, we have a person designated to order flowers for staff when they have a death in the family. We have an account with another florist. Our designated person had a death in family and I didn't know what florist we had an account with. I went with Aunt Tilly's, mostly cause of their online ordering was simple, easy and the product was well displayed on what I would get for the money. When my coworker got back to work she told me she received the flowers from Aunt Tilly's and someone also sent her flowers from the same florist we have an account with. She said the flowers from Aunt Tilly's were far superior. I'm definitely using this florist again.

Aunt Tully's is a wonderful flower shop! She went above and beyond to help my friend when the other flower shops in Salem, Oregon refused to help my friend! I will be visiting this charming little shop again!

I ordered a standing flower spray for my mom's funeral, and it was so much more beautiful than the picture I saw on their website I was very happy with the finished product, and I know my mom was as well! I definitely recommend them for all your flower design needs.

Cindy & Deb arranged 12 bouquets of flowers for us to put out at various cemeteries for Memorial Day. Their Customer Service is absolutely amazing. Since we live 500 miles away, we arranged everything with them over the phone. The bouquets were beautiful! They also helped us get a beautiful spray of flowers delivered to our Aunt’s funeral recently. They are a small business that we would highly recommend!

I'm a little late in reviewing but I figured with Mother's Day coming up, I should post.

I placed an online order a few days before Valentine's Day for my lady. The flowers arrived at her place of work first thing in the morning and were waiting for her when she arrived. It was perfect! I even received a hand written thank you card in the mail a few days later from Aunt Tilly's. The flowers were beautiful as well!

I received the most beautiful flower arrangement from Aunt Tilly's for my birthday and the nicest thing is that weeks later it is still blooming. It started with lovely rose buds and is still continuing to surprise me with gorgeous white lilies and there are even more buds not yet opened. I will never order from any other flower shop in Salem. Shopping online for flowers can be challenging because, in my experience, actual arrangement size and quality does not always match that seen in website photos. This was not the case with Aunt Tilly's. The arrangement they created and delivered for our mother's unexpected hospital stay was exactly what my sisters and I wanted. The flowers were fresh and the arrangement was gorgeous. Mom received enthusiastic comments about the beauty of her flowers from everyone who walked into her room. The orderly who delivered them to her room even told her it was the most beautiful arrangement he'd ever seen.
Delivery was free, even for our same-day delivery, which was a pleasant surprise. And the flowers arrived at the time scheduled.
In addition to their already stellar service, this afternoon I received a handwritten thank you note in the mail from Cindy at Aunt Tilly's. This level of customer service is rarely seen anymore and was such a pleasant surprise. We will be ordering any and all of our future flower deliveries from Aunt Tilly's, knowing this business genuinely cares about the quality of their product as well as the satisfaction of their customers.
