Someone I have never heard of has somehow put a lockdown on all work here. Not sure if they are still the gold-star service center they used to be.

I called after hours asking about a brake flush and the old man took his time to explain the process to me.i appreciate the courtesy and the time taken out of their day.

I had an appointment set for February 7th. I show up and they’re closed. I called and left a message, emailed and even Facebook messaged but no response. Came back the next day and their gates were still locked. Gave them a week and heard nothing. I call yesterday over a week later and someone answered confused not knowing what was going on like it was their first day on the job. He took my information and said someone will be contacting me in a few minutes. Nada! They seemed like nice people but this is not how you treat a customer who had confidence in you and your business to help them fix their vehicle and get back on the road. I would not recommend anyone to this shop unless you want to be ghosted. Waste of time, money and gas.

BMW 6 speed automatic transmissions must be serviced at around 75000 mile intervals. Matt absolutely knew what problems he might encounter as he drained and removed the trans pan, removed the controls body, replaced dried seals and cracked or potentially leaky seals and fluid transfer elements. I was nearby to see what and how Matt did his work; clearly his routine was thorough, and careful as befits someone who has many years of such experience. I’m confidant Autobahn is a reliable and trustworthy service worthy of the high recommendations which brought me to them. Customers will get their money’s worth.

Laura and Matteo are awesome! I brought my 1995 Ford Ranger in and Gregorio worked on it. They made sure I understood what I was paying for and had fair prices for the excellent work they did. They have great work ethic, making sure I got my truck back in a timely fashion while also ensuring I would be safe on my road trip. Thank you guys!
