Receiving great service on my VW Jetta. My most recent visit was for my check engine light coming on. After diagnosis, seemed to just be a loose gas cap. Didn't charge me a penny. Much appreciated gentlemen!

They did excellent work on my SLK. Both timely and communicative throughout. I was very grateful that they even fixed a minor cosmetic issue which I hadn't even mentioned. Truly above and beyond, would highly recommend.

Update Again: Autohaus Bayern has shown once again that they are the TOP TIER repair shop for European cars. When bad luck strikes I know that they will work to quickly look my car over, identify the issue (s), and work with my budget to find a solution. Don't waste your time with big dealership repair shops who'll take days before they even look at your car then give you a super outrageous price. Autohaus is your one stop shop for reliable, budget friendly, incredible work.

Update: There is no other repair shop that I go to. Always helpful, patient and friendly. Came in today and George was absolutely amazing. He got my car up and ready within no time. Absolute lifesaver.

These guys are fantastic. Excellent customer service and mechanics. I used to use another local German car mechanic but Autohaus blows them out of the water.

Marshal and George made this whole experience amazing. I know how daunting it is bringing in your car to get it fixed, worrying about the cost/time. However, these guys where more then fair when it came to pricing out the repairs needed. They where honest in what I needed and they worked very quick in fixing up my car so I can get it back on the road again. I would recommend these guys to anyone, they are wonderful.

I've taken my GLS 450 to Autohaus Bayern for a few years now. This place really puts their customers' best interest first, and knows how to take care of their customers. Marshall, the service manager, is honest and wonderful. I got some issues with my rear disc break rotor which could have cost me $$$ to fix. Because I had my rear breaks replaced recently, Marshall was able to get the parts and service covered under warranty! When you come to Autohaus Bayern, you are not just another business transaction. You are a valued customer who will be well-taken care of. One of many things I appreciate about this place! Thank you Marshall and his top notch team!

It all started with the need for a simple oil change. Taking my Mini CooperS to the dealer for this service I was told the drain plug was stripped and I needed a new oil pan. Upwards of 2K. Gulp. Just before I signed on the dotted line, I thought I would ring around and see if I could save a little by having the work done by a smaller shop. I called Autohous Bayern and waited on hold for a long time. It was so worth it! I explained to Marshall the problem and he asked why I wanted a whole new pan when a new drain plug would do the trick. "Do you do that? " I asked. "All the time" was his response. Marshal got my car in the next morning and by 2 pm the team had the drain plug sorted and an oil change done. All for much less than 25% of the $2000.00 I was (not) ready to take the hit for. Autohaus Bayern has a customer for life after that! And was my car vacuumed when returned to me? Not sure but I think so. 10 ️ out of 5 for this shop.

These guys are amazing. They do good work and will follow-up with the work they have done on your car if you have any concerns. Marshall is a straight up good dude.

Service manager Marshall, and mechanic George, did an excellent job replacing the front brake rotors and pads on a 2017 Mercedes Benz GLE 350. I normally do most work myself and had already replaced the rear brakes. However, I had difficulty removing the front rotors. This shop was willing to install customer provided parts, and did a great job. I highly recommend Autohause Bayern for your German auto service needs.

Bought a used Audi and asked Autohaus to tune and service it appropriately for the 100,000+ miles of experience the car had. They did so according to the quote and ahead of schedule. The next oil change I took care of my self. The service reminder in the car couldn't be reset without the help of a computer because it was time for the major service. So, I asked if they could help knowing that they had just done the major service several months earlier. They squeezed me in, took care of the service reminder and nicely asked that I remember them the next time I need their help. Well, that did it. I'll always be back with the confidence that they they will do the right thing even when they don't have to.
