All the stars for Autotek! I consider myself very lucky to have found Autotek a few years ago. Alex, Zack and the crew are super knowledgeable, helpful and fast. They always seem to make vehicle issues/repairs less stressful than expected and I love them for it.

I really needed to get my cars oil changed! I was so nervous and scared to take my brand new car to jiffy lube or a place like that… …I went to gay pride this year entered a drawing and won $500 service to Autotek international and was relieved that the decision was made for me. I made the appointment online, someone called me… they were so kind and knowledgeable and I showed up this morning, the lobby, music, atmosphere was amazing! Plus it didn’t smell like the normal auto shop. The man at the desk was very personable and very friendly.another customer came in they chatted like they had known each other years! I had a excellent experience and would recommend this auto repair shop to anyone and everyone. I’ll be return for the life of my current car and any that I purchase in future!

Friendly and very professional. It was actually the most enjoyable auto service experience I ever had. I highly recommend. They took time to explain things in a way I could understand (not a car gal) and they made the process with my extended warranty extra easy.

I have known Zach and the team at Autotek International for years. They're kind of located off the beaten path but really close. If you need vehicle service, now you know about these guys, give them a try.

When you find a good mechanic you DON'T EVER LET GO! I appreciate the transparency above all else. Fantastic customer service and I never feel like I'm being fooled into something I don't need or over charged.

My go to shop. Honest, fair, good work. Zach has helped explain some of the finer things on my truck, and has directed me to peers of his to do work they can't, like exhaust.

I called to get an estimate on replacing my hybrid battery and the employee directed me to Green Bean Battery, a business that specializes in hybrid battery refurb/replacement. Anyway, I'm very thankful bc it ended up being much more affordable.

Professional, efficient, friendly and fast! They identified the real issue quickly and I ended up saving a ton compared to what I was told elsewhere, so I'm extremely happy. They completed the repair same-day all within my workday. I think I'm in love with an auto shop!

Where Les Schwab fails, Autotek succeeds. Fit me in immediately after I was turned away from Schwab’s for simple suspension work. They’re now my go to for anything car related. Plus they know Jeeps.

Brought my 2011 Mazda Tribute in this week after I started losing power on Hwy99 near Tacoma St. This shop was the closest to me. What a gem! Zack, the owner, was in the shop on his day off, but still took time to run a quick diagnostic and let me know what's likely happening. Even though they were really busy that day, they were able to give me a quote, and I was back on the road the next day. Zack and his team were really nice, responsive, and trustworthy. Thanks Zack!

Had my serpentine belt replaced and they gladly were able to add the tensioner which we failed to mention at original booking. They are friendly and offer excellent service at an unmatchable price in my experience!
