Hit or miss with which employee will be in a good mood, but this is where I always shop. Many great helpful folks. Unfortunately many not so nice customers shop here.
I will always continue shopping here.

Terrible customer service, whenever I stop by after 5 pm! Totally different than the guys on the morning.

How long is holding a moment on the phone? 10 minutes later I hang up. Why even answer if business is that good?

A staff member complaining in front of me (the customer) about not wanting to do the job that you're supposed to do. Tacky. I did find what I needed though and at a fair price. No thank you, or have a nice day after the purchase?

Prices are normal asked for help putting light bulb in was turned down didnt want to leave co worker alone

The gentleman that helped me was very helpful. He was knowledgeable and helped me replace my headlight even though he didn’t have to. Convenient location, will be back next time I need something:)

They had everything on my list. Fuel like for my quad. A nice Mobil 1 oil filter for my car and fuel stabilizer of many kinds for my generator. Excellent service with a clean well lit environment.

Took a long time as one salesman spent 15 minutes or more trading pictures of the cars at recent races. Without my complaining the Mgr. Gave me 10% off for the 25 minutes it took to buy a turn signal bulb.

If they don't have what you need at the time they're pretty good about being able to get it within a couple days

Good place to shop for your auto part needs. The service is fast and friendly. They went out of their way for me and will see a return customer.

Is it a good auto parts store the staff are friendly willing to help there go out to your car with you and show you how to install a part and help you with every need

If I have to go to AutoZone this is the one I prefer. Do your research so you have an idea on the part (s) you need and I always open the box and examine the part. This will save you time and money.

A little bummed they didn't have my oil filter or air filter in Fram. Not sure what that is all about.

Pretty good service overall. Some of the employees lack automotive knowledge, so just make sure to do a little research before going in. The tool rental program is a fantastic service! Just pay the price of the tool needed and you get full refund when returned.

Friendly staff and knowledgeable, helped me diagnose a problem that I was having and fixed the problem with their tools in the parking lot. Thanks Matty

Never fails that i walk out of autozone doors with wrong part.set me back an entire day. And the manager helped me
