Jaime was really helpful, got helped right when I got in found what I needed and left very quick.

I placed an online order for curbside pick up. I waited almost an hour no email saying it was ready for pick up. I drove to the store called inside for curbside pick up. No one answered the phone. Went inside for what I ordered off the shelf myself and went to the counter. Will never do an online order ever again.

I needed an exhaust manifold for my 17 year old mustang and they actually had the right one in stock.

These guys are really helpful! If you have a question, ask away! They have always had helpful answers.

Went to buy a camshaft position sensor because the first autozone on se 82nd only had one and wanted to buy a second one from happy valley and they wanted triple the price I paid 25bucks at auto zone in se Portland and these guys wanted to sell me the exact same part for triple the price. What a rip off and I asked the guy at the store why it’s triple the price and he said that’s our price! Stay away from these crooks and go to a different autozone! I’m currently on my way to autozone on se 82nd and duke and going to buy it for $25 not 71 big difference.

Lousy service counter person was more interested in her phone, I felt like I shouldn't be bothering her!

It's pretty bad when you go to a auto store and you have to be the one to give them a part number cause they can't hire people that know how to use there computer. Had nothing but problems with being given wrong parts when your in a time crunch to get a costumers car back. Orielly's will get my business from now on

I use a walker, and the nice lady at Autozone carried my new radiator out to my van for me (she offered to help)!

Great place I had a check engine light on had it checked and it was an air filter replaced it truck works fine now

Visited this location a few times and had a pretty good experience. They’ve opened another location closer to my home so I don’t visit this one unless I’m over in this part of town. Always have the right product for the job!

My car jumped time! Which is never fun. This location had the last camshaft position sensor in the area for my car, I put the part on hold and picked it up later that day. It was refreshing to see a hold system work, and employees made extra sure we had the correct part in front of us. Good experience, especially for someone with a big project on their hands, thank you very much!

I went in there last week and got a new battery.they were very helpful and installed it. So I went back there last night close to closing to get a new headlight, and they were very helpful and installed it. This location is excellent!

Decent selection unfortunately the employees just sit around doing nothing and not bothering to even get off there phone's because they would rather play games then help customers.

A very Shameful corporation with a secret agenda and todays service i recieved at the happy valley hub branch was downright disgusting. Dont believe me about this situation? Pull the video from jan10 2018 @ 9pm and see the way the store was being used as a stage for street theatre stalking instead of selling auto parts like a person would think. If you dont see it the you are involved in the scandal also. Such a joke how petty and low these businesses will go.f. U.

AutoZone is great. The people at this location have been especially helpful. Many times, going above and beyond to find the right part, confirm it's the right part, and get me the right parts. Even the times that I needed unique parts (I thought only the car dealer would have) they figured out what it was and got me the parts. Amazing. It makes a repair process so much quicker and easier when finding and getting the parts is NOT a battle. Thank you AutoZone for good people and good parts.

Drove to this one though there's one much closer to me. They showed something in stock the other one didn't. Turned out they didn't have it either.

P what I love about AutoZone is that they will actually help you install something that you put in within reason

This auto zone is one of the best ones I have been too. It is a drive for me to get to this location, but I will make it. The attention to customer service is nice extra touch. They took time to make sure I had the things I need and got the correct fluids.
