AutoZone Auto Parts, Grants Pass OR

Shopping here was a very confusing experience. After I found the item I was looking for I made my way to the single line for the cashier.customers were not following the procedure and employees were not trying to enforce hey single line.

I stop in here regularly. I've learned to depend on AutoZone for parts and their handy diagnostic machines that they let you test on your car for free to make sure you know the correct part to replace. They never let me down for those uncommon parts. This store also has very knowledgeable and friendly staff. My favorite thing is you can use the website and punch in your vehicle information and see all the compatible parts for your vehicle

Called AutoZone to ask if they had CV Axles for vehicle because I was about to replace control arms and noticed CV boots were torn. They said they had them. Went there and turns out they had to order them. Wasted my time/fuel by misrepresenting availability of parts.

I walked out of their Main Street, Medford location! Staff couldn't be bothered, swooned all over the 2 guys that walked in after me though. Waited at the register with about $40 work of stuff 10 minutes and just walked out!

Horrible customer service and some of the rudest staff I've met in years. I've lived here for years and I always take my parts or auto need to o'Reillys. It's the William's hwy store in Grant's pass oregon.

The employees are rude, and act like i didnt matter while helping me jumped to the person behind me. Then i get slander w then saying im stealing gas from their trucks. Dont do business w this one. Im taking my 800 else where gor parts after this.
Oh they called the cops and then refused to give evidence or allow the cop to see the camera.

I loved it here they helped me get wiper blades for our rig I just went in told them that I drive a nissan exterra and boom I was done and on the road again

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Got my part quickly and was back on the road in less than 5 minutes.

Because the guy got me the right part for my car and saved me over $1,000 in labor that's what I call an employee not somebody sitting there sucking up time in space like DMV workers

I trust them, if I have a questions about what I need for my car, they help me even come an see my car to be sure I need, check my oil and water tank and if necessary it's recommends what it's best. Awesome Men Very Respectful and Smiles.

They don't even deserve one star. Everything is double the price you will find at other stores.

I have always went to Auto zone for almost every car need I had. In the past they have always been very helpful and nice. But now the people they have working arnt very knowledgeable and always seem to have an attitude.

Descent selection of batteries I was looking for. Staff was friendly and knew about the products. Been going here a long time and AutoZone seems to keep getting me parts that work That new Magellan’s Spray wet/dry Wax though, is garbage. You guys can pull that stuff.

Got home and realized that this establishment sold me some used broken parts then they didn't even have any more to replace them so I had to go completely across town to another store to get parts at a more expensive rate because they didn't have the lower price parts I have no idea how it could slip past them for use broken part to be put back on the shelf and sold as new

Went to get a new rear wiper blade and they sold me a replacement. Turns out my rear wiper isn't supposed to be removed and in fact once removed a new one cant be attached but instead you have to buy a whole new one at $96. They sold me the wrong part, and broke the old one trying to get it to fit. They claim no responsibility and dont even sell the part I need to replace it with. I understand making a mistake but I will never shop at any auto zone again because the lack of customer service to even try and admit or make right their mistake.

If I could give negative Stars I would. They advertise discounts they do not give, and treat you like you are subhuman. I would recommend never going there.like seriously

Auto zone suffers from a few problems, mostly a unknowable staff, I have gone in multiply times asking for parts for my truck and the staff not knowing the part i need at all. And have just had to go to other auto parts places. There fine on parts if you need any, they have most of the things you need. Lines are not too long. And the parking is ok. They have a large selection of oil. Most of there prices are quite high. Sometimes it can take them quite a long time to get parts for you also. Auto zone is fine if you know what you need, I would recommend a few other auto parts places around Grant's pass personally. Other then that this place is ok, just dont expect vary much help.

Friendly people, very helpful, they quickly found what I needed, had my parts in stock and went to the isle picked the parts out for me and I was out the door in no time at all.

Good folks. A couple of the tellers don't know what they are talking about, but overall decent.
