I want to thank the good Folks at AutoZone here for their integrity and Humanity. I left my wallet there overnight full of cash and I didn't realize it until the next day. I called this morning hoping it was there after looking everywhere else and to my surprise it was.every dollar and debit card in its place, sealed in plastic bag. They had even tried calling every phone number that was on my account from multiple states to reach me. These days stuff like this is so rare and unlikely to happen, so thank you folks, for demonstrating integrity and good will.

Our local manager Jordan was very helpful to resolve a problem my had. He was able to resolve my problem in a very short time.
I will be letting my friends and family know of my good experience.

Great selection but they are always understaffed.
I understand people need help, but waiting 30 minutes to buy a simple product is unacceptable.
They need to have more staff at all times.

Worst auto zone experience that you’d never expect to encounter. Other than this one girl that seemed eager to help me with my questions she was nice. But one employee there was EXTREMELY rude. And such a lazy, hands off employee he did NOT even attempt to take a good look at my problem I had with my vehicle he was asking the most random questions that didn’t have anything to do with my problem. And when I asked him some questions he always seems so rude and like he HAD to be there not like he WANTED TO. I don’t know if he was just a racist or if he was having a bad day but either way he needs to be spoken to about proper customer service. His name is rich I believe. I would highly recommend going to another place, stopped by Napa and they helped me within minutes, this guy at autozone? 10 -15 min and nothing has gotten done. Employees like this will never make any customer want to come back. I would give negative 5 stars if I could.

Top notch auto supply store. Great staff who quickly know where merchandise is located in store, and special orders are never a problem. Friendly, knowledgeable people who can help out on the "gotta fix the truck this Saturday" situations. Lots of parking and decent hours make it a winner.

Has a fast friendly and knowledgeable employee's that are going to set you up will all your needs

Needed fuses for my 2006 Dodge Ram. They were out. Second time in 3 month period. I couldn't get the help I needed to get my fuses to get my lights working. (Changed bulbs numerous times.) Ended up at O'Reilly's got the help and fuses.

This place on Lancaster and Silverton RD is great for customers If not, call upper management because this place is the best SO GIVE IT A TRY

Never met a more personality sharing bunch of people. These folks were as they say "a well oiled machine", working in collaboration to meet the needs of the customer. They made me feel as though my problems were something they could fix. They gave me the time i needed to understand. Highly recommend this one!

This is the place to go for routine maintenance. The prices and combinations tend to work out great so you get a killer deal on stuff you need to buy over and over again.

Go to Advanced if you're actually fixing something.

I like this location friendly service but the parts autozone sells are not always good. I stopped buying parts from them after I had 2 bad parts in a row. Returns were very easy and they honor their warranty without trouble.

They need to train there workers before putting them on the floor. Sad. Sad. Sad. Even my 7 year old son can tell you more about cars and he only learned from watching his mamma. I give them 1 star because at least the store still smelled good. Love the smell of auto parts.

Fast and friendly. Brightly lit and easy to find sections. The products I wanted and needed. Generous discounts and lifetime warranties.

Never enough employees. Spend 25 mins in line to buy headlight bulbs. Don’t waste your time like I did.

Went in for oil early afternoon, busy for mid week. It's great that they have employees that can help you put in head lights or help you change your wipers but it leaves the counter with only one employee to help everyone else purchase parts and they should have one parts runner in there.
